Managed the On-Board Space Shuttle (OBS) Flight Software (FSW) integration test team and activities, exceeding flight commitments and resulting in receipt of excellent and high-excellent evaluations and award fees from the customer. Developed the OBS FSW proposal, resulting in winning a ten-year, $30 million contract. Documented and implemented the integration test process, which resulted in a significant reduction in post-release defects and contributed to the achievement of CMM level 5.
