Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina... The beauty of the plantation gardens and mountain roads in full bloom awaits us this morning as we board our deluxe air-conditioned motorcoach and begin our journey to Charleston, Savannah and Jekyll Island. Our accommodations this evening will be in Alsip, IL. DAY 2 BLUE GRASS COUNTRY Before starting our day, we will enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet, compliments of PTS Tours. We will be traveling through the Hoosier state of Indiana to London, Kentucky where we overnight. DAY 3 BILTMORE MANSION This morning we travel to the Smoky Mountains. You will know by the blue, smoke-like haze that hangs over the peaks that you are near the Great Smoky Mountains. We will be traveling through the mountains and stopping at the summit to see the awesome views that the Smokies hold. Later, we continue on to

Asheville, NC which is nestled between two stunning mountain ranges, the Blue Ridge and the Great Smokies. This afternoon, we will be touring the Biltmore Estate and Gardens, a mansion built in the Renaissance-style of a 16th century French chateau surrounded by an estate of 75,000 acres. Americas largest home boasts 250 rooms, 65 fireplaces, an indoor pool, bowling alley, priceless art and antiques. We overnight in Asheville.

The spirits of pirates and buccaneers that once sailed the coast of the Carolinas have come to life in Myrtle Beachs newest show in many years. Carolinas Low Country. This afternoon we visit the USS Yorktown for a first-hand look at this mighty aircraft carrier. We will be spending the next two nights in Charleston. DAY 7 FORT SUMTER This morning a guided tour will take us to a number of places typical of the historic area, including a tour through a museum house. After browsing through the shops early in the afternoon, youll enjoy a relaxed boat ride with commentary of the many points of interest in Charleston Harbor on our way to Fort Sumter, which is possibly the most historic military site in the nation. Payment Conditions

We accept cash, checks and money orders. If full payment is not received by the final payment date, a $10.00 late charge plus a fee of 2% per month of the outstanding balance will be added to your statement. As of the printing of this brochure, we do not to accept credit cards for payment.

Tour Documents Membership

Tour members will receive their tour documents approximately one week before departure. The documents will include boarding instructions, departure point, pre-tour information, and a luggage tag. Name tags will be given on the day of departure. PTSTOURSmembership will be granted to all persons upon payment in full. Any person who will need special assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be able to assist this person. PTSTOURSreserves the right to terminate the tour of any persons who are objectionable to other passengers or who disrupt the operation of the tour.

Smoking Policy

For maximum tour enjoyment by all participants, there will be no smoking while aboard the motorcoach. Frequent stops are made for those who wish to smoke. Please be aware that many hotels do not allow smoking in the rooms. PTS Tours will request, but cannot guarantee, smoking rooms for those who wish them.

Clothing and Luggage

On motorcoach tours, dress is casual unless otherwise advised. On cruises, please consult your cruise documentation.Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. On all tours, one suitcase (50 pounds or less) and one small carry-on (fits under seat or overhead) is allowed per passenger. It is the responsibility of the passenger for his/her carry-on bag. Note: Airlines may restrict baggage. PTS Tours will not be liable for any additional fees for checked baggage with airlines.

Passengers who are members of Hotel Frequent Traveler programs are not entitled to earn points with any of the hotels featured on any PTS Tour. Any special room request will be made on a REQUEST basis only. PTS Tours cannot guarantee special room request although every effort will be made to request from respective hotels. Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. PTS Tours cannot guarantee special meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Eligibility

To fully enjoy your tour, you should be in good physical and mental health. If you have any physical or mental limitations, please advise us of your situation when making your reservation. Travelers who require assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will provide all necessary assistance. To be fair to all travelers, we reserve the right to decline or remove anyone whose health impacts the safety, welfare or enjoyment of the group.

Our Single Share Program

We would be happy to help you pair up! We will refer single travelers of the same gender (if available), qualifying you both for the per person double occupancy price. Well put you in contact with each other so you can get acquainted and see if youd enjoy rooming together. If we cannot match you with an acceptable roommate prior to your final payment due date, you can choose to travel at the single occupancy rate or receive a full refund if you wish to cancel your reservation by final payment. If you send a deposit as looking for roommate you will be billed at the single rate, and will be re-invoiced at the double occupancy rate upon pairing with another traveler. 2012 tour prices listed are based on currency exchange rates in effect September 1, 2011. All tour prices are subject to revision in the event of a fluctuation in tariff, currency rates, fuel surcharges or other factors which are beyond our control. Every effort has been made to publish accurate pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Fuel surcharges may be added at any time and are collectable at that time.

Customs/Immigration Documentation

Please be aware that immigration requirements may change. PTS Tours is not responsible for any additional costs due to customs/immigration requirements, nor is PTS Tours financially liable for any passenger without proper customs/immigration documentation, and no refund will be issued to the passenger if he/she is denied entry due to improper customs/immigration documentation. The price of all customs/immigration documentation is the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Protect Your Tour Investment with Comprehensive Travel Insurance!

We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance. Information on insurance coverage and an application form will be mailed to you upon reservation. If you wish to be covered for a pre-existing condition, you must pay the insurance premium with your deposit. If you wish to purchase insurance, you must do so by final payment. We are unable to process any insurance applications once final payment has been received. We urge you to review your medical insurance policy as to coverage when traveling outside the United States. Upon receipt, please read insurance policy carefully. PTS Tours is not responsible for coverage. Final determination of benefits is responsibility of insurance underwriter only. Responsibility
These tours are arranged and operated by PTS TOURS, a division of Paulson Travel Service, Inc., 1001 Kingwood Street Suite 114B, Brainerd, Minnesota 56401. In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel and/or motel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incidental thereto, entertainment, and transportation by air, railroad, motor bus, automobile or steamship, PTS Tours and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, hotels/motels, and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel service suppliers, PTS Tours and its subsidiaries assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of these suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control, direct or otherwise, of PTS Tours. PTS Tours shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind of nature beyond the control of PTS Tours. In such circumstances, PTS Tours will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodation and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection. This brochure represents the entire agreement between the passenger and PTS Tours. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances at the risk of the tour participant. Baggage insurance is recommended. The carriers, accommodation and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants or joint venturers of the operators or their affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the operators are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the carriers and suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. Carriage by sea is subject to the Carriers Conditions of Carriage, which are expressly incorporated into this contract, copies of which are available upon request. PTS Tours is not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties. Where the passenger occupies a motorcoach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither PTS Tours nor their agents or cooperating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn, or the passenger is not seated when the coach is moving, at the time of such accident or incident. Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board planes, transportation or conveyances. We rely on international convention, which may apply to the services provided by us, our suppliers or agents with respect to any claim of any nature brought by you against us as a result of the provision of those services. International conventions which apply may include: Warsaw Convention 1929, (as amended by Hague Protocol and Montreal Protocol) in relation to air travel, or Montreal Convention; the Berne Convention for rail travel; Athens Convention 1974 for carriage by sea; the Geneva Convention for carriage by road and the Paris Convention 1962 for Hotels. We are to be regarded as having all benefit of these conventions on limiting our liability in relation to any claim for death, injury, loss, damage and delay to passengers and luggage.
