All their Branch / Area and Regional offices will beinterconnected to their Data Centre with a 24x7 access to CoreApplications like Lotus Mail, Life-Asia and Internet Applications.This will enable their associates to work faster and better withhigh-speed Internet connectivity and also ensure faster TurnAround Time for theircustomers. 2. Customer Care Centre: They will host a centralized Customer Care Centre at NaviMumbai, which cater services to internal and external queries andcomplications. A customer Relationship Management Tool(CRM) and Lead Management System (LMS) are in progress.

3.Web Portal: -

This portal will be an interface between both internal employeesand their external users. Some of the functions included in their portal are Policy Tracking Systems, Corporate News, QualityChecking System, Under Writing Medical System, and AgentManagement System etc.

4.SMS Alerts: -

SMS Alerts will be provided to their Sales Managers about thelatest happenings like Contests and Campaigns, Employee Alertswill include Company News and Welcome/Birthday/Anniversary message etc Customers includes Welcome/Birthday/Anniversary message ,policy dispatch details policy services sms like premium receipt and renewal premium remainders etc.

DMS will enable both policy issuance and contract servicingthrough an automated workflow, which yields a faster Turnaround Time to both internal and external users. This applicationwill enable them to have a paperless office and thus mitigate therisk of losing vital records/papers.
