May 1994 July 2005 HITT Contracting - Project Manager - Senior Vice President at Corpora te Head Quarters Started as a project manager for a Commercial General Contractor responsible for budgeting, bidding, buying, running and closing out projects. Obtained clients and built a team to build over 20 Million Dollars in revenue a year building hi gh end corporate interiors space, SCIF construction, occupied renovation, banks, health care, data centers, building lobbies and GSA space. Obtained required c learances. Worked on many committees including the committee to develop the emp loyee compensation structure and the committee to design the corporate accountin g and project management system. Taught classes in Effective Communication, Run ning an Efficient Meetings, Project Scheduling, Leadership and Project Documenta tion. Company grew from a 86 Million Dollar a year in revenue to a 990 Million Dollar a year company with four satellite offices. The company was the largest interior contractor in the Washington DC area 9 of the 12 years I was located in the DC area office.

GNM Associates - Construction Manager Responsible for the management of all the projects that GNM designed architectur ally, mechanically, electrically and plumbing for the USDA. Was the main point of contact with the USDA and the liaison between the contractors hired by the US DA and the design team. Responsible for running all progress meetings, negotiat ing all change orders, ensuring quality management and reviewing invoices. June 1989 - December 1992 Grady Management - Construction Manager Responsible for writing RFPs, soliciting proposals from contractors, analyzing p roposals, negotiating contract terms, overseeing the construction, reviewing inv oices and closing out projects on time and under budget for all commercial and a partment projects managed by Grady Management. March 1987 - June 1989 Kora & Williams - Project Manager Responsible for pricing, running and closing out construction projects for the U SDA under a task order contract.
