PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Capture the essence of the whole job in one or two sentences. To provide administrative support to the Training Team focused around the Developing Champions training program. To arrange the yearly course calendar and co-ordinate all activities around the training courses. Involves the management of training sign offs and promotions and maintaining the training records system. To provide monthly and quarterly training reports and to manage the training budget by monitoring costs and recording training charges.
