EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: 2/2011 - Present Eagle One Oilfield Transportation Services - Washington, PA Administrative Clerk. My current part time position with Eagle One Transportati on entails completing, billing, filing, and invoicing transportation paperwork i ncluding bills of lading, driver`s logs, passenger manifests, and customer billi ng for various types of transport from passenger vans and one ton trucks to trac tor trailer drive aways and tow aways. Additional responsibilities include opera ting office equipment as needed to complete job, maintaining accurate filing of stages of BOL completion, computing driver pay based on job, collecting and sort ing driver paperwork, quality checking submitted forms, and assisting the office district manager as needed. 11/2010 - Present Strategic Metrics Group - Pittsburgh, PA Quality Control. My second current part time position with SMG entails quality c hecking large amounts of data gathered through various means including polls and surveys for marketing research and strategy for a variety of high profile compa nies on a quarterly basis and large end of year report. Responsibilities include proofing initial surveys, questionnaires, or other data gathering sources for c lient specifications, verifying data gathered in an Excel spreadsheet and Power Point presentation, and assuring that all client requirements and specifications are addressed. 5/2007 - 9/2009 Land America Financial Group - Washington & Moon Twp, PA Valuations BPO Quality Control. My position was with LandAmerica Financial Gro up (Commercial Valuations/Default), where my experience and responsibilities inc luded daily review of from 75 to 200+ submitted BPOs and CMAs on real estate pro perties throughout the US. This entailed ensuring that all property information entered on each HTML form was complete and correct, including all comparable pr operty data submitted for value comparison. Review also included assuring that i nformation fell within the prescribed guidelines for each client and that all do cuments requested were attached, clear, and correct. I completed my tenure with this company working remotely full time from my private home office due to the impending bankruptcy and the subsequent move to a more distant locat ion. Position entailed managing office in a body armor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities included taking and completing custom orders for ma nufacture using ProQuis and Quick Books Manufacturing software, as well as prici ng, generating invoices, manufacturing orders, and shipping tickets, and billing customers.
