Built and established eight additional facilities (five classified) ov er a seven-year period; hired and supervised a Director of Facilities and staff. * Established online timekeeping and accounting services, streamlining and impr oving responsiveness and accuracy of accounting and budgeting, by implementing n ew accounting software-from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics. Cut transactional error rate by more than 80%, while providing managers with accurate, near real-t ime accounting and budget data that was less than 24 hours up-to-date versus the previous best case of three weeks. * Cut outstanding receivables from over 90 days (from incursion of cost to paym ent) to less than 30 days-from $12 million on account to less than $2.5 millionby implementing a weekly cycle as opposed to a monthly invoice cycle. * Wrote the requirements and oversaw software development for an inventory trac
