WORK EXPERIENCE Office Manager (3/1999 - Present) Alfred Saliba Family Services Center, Dothan, AL As a part of the management team of Alfred Saliba FSC (ASFSC), my responsibiliti es and work duties correlate with the Agency's Mission by managing processes and personnel to effectively and efficiently meet Agency goals and objectives. My s pecific job duties include: Mission-focused planning as a management team member , managing administrative processes, monitoring program outcomes, training and f acilitation for maximizing staff performance, and performing other duties as ass igned. Agency mission-focused planning involves reviewing and analyzing monthly departm ental reports and performing efficient QA assessments for the successful impleme ntation of program goals and objectives as regulated by local, state, and federa l government grantor standards and procedures. Managing administrative process throughout the phases of projects includes my co ordinating and managing program specific assessments and evaluations. I am respo nsible for identifying paths to proficiency for meeting program outcomes; develo ping and maintaining forms, spreadsheets, and databases for effective project ma nagement at the executive level. I assess administrative procedures and policies and set the professional tone of the executive offices. This is accomplished in part by generating performance reports based on consumer feedback. Training and facilitation for maximizing staff performance includes my independe ntly researching, developing, facilitating, and maintaining instructor-led train ing courses concerned with relationship enhancement, life skills, character and morale, welfare and well-being, family support, conflict resolution, professiona l/personal development, and team building; incorporating a wide-range of trainin g methods for effective delivery of curricula. Presentations must meet agency an d consumer demands to include coordinating diversity programs that are designed to meet specific program outcomes. Target audiences for workshops and classes ar e solicited. Other duties as assigned are manageably performed outside the scope of my job de scription.
