ONE GOD THE FATHER, ONE LORD JESUS CHRIST!

1 Cor 8:6
Jehovah's Witnesses love this verse to prove Jesus Christ is not God. 1 Cor 8:6 states But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." KJV Anti-Trinitarians like Jehovah's Witnesses love to use this verse to prove that the Father is the one God. They claim this excludes Jesus from being God. This is one of their favorite verses. Well, lets use the same logic Jehovah's Witnesses like to use with this same verse. O.K, If Jehovah's Witnesses exclude Jesus Christ from being the one God based on this verse, then they must exclude the Father from being the one Lord. 1 Cor 8:6 does say One Lord Jesus Christ, so the Father is not Lord by the same logical reasoning. Jehovah's Witnesses will not admit to this because they know the Father is Lord as well although 1 Cor 8:6 states Jesus is the One Lord. Let me take it further! JWs also like to use the following verse to prove Jesus is not God! John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent. KJV Here it is again. Jws will say this is the proof that THE FATHER IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD! Before you Jump the gun, Notice Jesus Christ didn't say "The only 'ONE' true God. Isn't God one person according to the Watchtower? Why didn't Jesus say 'ONE' true God? Immediately JWs will exclude Jesus Christ from being the TRUE GOD. Can we therefore say Jesus is a false god? Jws will get stuck on this question. One Jw tried at my home when we had a bible discussion and I mean the man tried to answer this one. He stated these unbelievable words. "Jesus is a true god, not THE True God." I'd almost died hysterically with laughter. I told him, show me in your publications those unbelievable words and that you claim. He could not. I have been waiting over 2 years for the documentation and I will keep waiting. Do you see what happens when people try to get out of a contradiction, they make themselves look like a fool by saying to most absurd things. Anyway, let me take it further! Jehovah is not only called the Only true God (John 17:3), but He is also called the "Only Saviour" (Isa 43:11; 45:21; Hos 13:4; Jude 25) , "Only King" (Zech 14:9). If John 17:3 excludes Jesus from being "True God", then Jesus is also excluded from being a Saviour or a King. Conversely, Jesus is called the "Only Teacher, (Matt 23:8,10, Mt 10:24 and Jn 13:13), "Only Master" (Jude 4, 2 Peter 2:1), and "Only Lord" (Jude 4, Eph 4:4, 1 Cor 8:4,6, Mt 6:24). If John 17:3 excludes Jesus from being "True God", then the Father is also excluded from being our Teacher, Master or Lord. To get out of this contradiction, Jehovah's Witnesses will say the Father is the top God, primary or main Savior and top King and Jesus is merely secondary as a derived god, a little savior and an inferior King second to the Father.

By using the Word "Only," JWs claims this is mean Top in Authority and in rank. There is no one greater. Therefore everything else is secondary and inferior. First of all. Listen to the way that sound folks. "The Father is the top God, and the Son is a god second in rank and not equal to the Father." Hello! Ladies and Gentlemen, this sounds like paganism. Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks all believed in different gods with different ranks. One god is lower in rank, others are higher in rank. Whether they worshiped them or not, JWs believe the same thing these pagans believe. This is called Rank of deities. If we use the word 'Only' to claim this mean "top rank" and all others will be inferior, then the Father is inferior over Jesus because: Jesus is called the "Only Teacher, (Matt 23:8,10, Mt 10:24 and Jn 13:13), that means the Father is an inferior teacher over Jesus. Does Jesus teach the Father things? After all, Jesus is called the Wisdom of the Father according to the Watchtower! Jesus is called "Only Master" (Jude 4, 2 Peter 2:1), that means the Father is an inferior master over Jesus. Jesus is called "Only Lord" (Jude 4, Eph 4:4, 1 Cor 8:4,6, Mt 6:24), that means The Father is an inferior Lord over Jesus. This is the same logic JWs uses so I can use it to. This is also a contradiction for Jehovah's Witnesses. Based on the same logic, Jws must admit the Father is inferior to Jesus based on these verses above. However, Jehovah's Witnesses will not admit to it even when the burden of proof is in their faces. How can Jehovah's Witnesses get out of this contradiction above without being labeled a pagan? In order to get out of this contradiction, Jehovah's Witnesses must admit Jesus is equal to the Father and claim Christ is God. That is the only way out of this contradiction. I don't see any other way out. Do you?
