Motivation styles/ theories used at TCS Motivation is necessary for any company in order to engage employee and increase

the productivity of team working on any project. There are two styles of motivation; content based motivational styles and process based motivational styles. The motivational contents are used to satisfy the need based motivation where employees are motivated by enabling them fulfil their needs based on the policies of the company. The process based motivational style use choices to individuals amongst the alternatives to provide them emotional motivation of the work. All the theories and styles used by TCS in the context of its processes to motivate its employees are discussed in the sections below.
