Shipping and Receiving: Responsible for all receiving activities. Inventory: Responsible for maintaining and executing levels exceeding company st andards. New Location Set-Up: As a senior manager, responsible for facilitating new store openings and closings.

Special Achievements

In addition to general responsibilities, the following special projects were ach ieved: Acknowledged for increasing profit during an emergency store turnaround by more than fifty percent in one third of the projected time line. Directly requested by Upper Management to supervise multiple store relocation an d remodeling projects. Earned recognition for creation and maintenance of a unique Clearance Center usi ng outdated and discontinued merchandise in-flow from other store locations, Thi s addition increased overall profitability of the store under may management whi le improving the associated stores inventory levels and profitability. Received requests from District and Regional Management to provide assistance to abrokena associated stores including but not limited to: reorganization, manage ment training, remerchandising, and clean-ups. Awarded aExcellenta ratings for store audits under my direct management.
