Laveen School District, 2006-2011 Laveen Arizona Provides maintenance and operational support to the Laveen School District, incl uding but not, parts pick up/delivery, Locksmith, general electrical work, plumi ng, carpentry, painting and drywall. Maintained all key logs and physical security systems pertaining to key control. Acted as a lesion between contractors and the school district to insure district s needs were meet. Centex Homes, 2005-2006 Scottsdale Arizona Centex Homes is one of the top builders of residential properties in the nation with sixteen communities in the Phoenix Metro area. Oversee the maintenance of all model and sales office complexes in multiple neig hborhoods requiring strong time management skills to assure properties are alway s in pristine condition. World Resources Cos, 1986 - 2005 Phoenix, Arizona World Resources Cos. recycles solid concentrated hazardous waste materials from companies like Honeywell, Motorola and Intel to produce reclaimed metals such as gold, zinc, copper and silver. Directed crews of 4 men for each of the three daily shifts responsible for the m aintenance of all production facilities. Scheduled all facility maintenance pro jects. Maintained all chemical, gas, water and drain lines to two 2-ton boilers and copper, galvanized and PVC piping for the water treatment plant. Maintaine d material handling equipment and all pumps. Worked with all voltage systems, l ights, motors and switches. Repaired/maintained all mobile equipment-forklifts, loaders, sweepers and scrubbers. Performed MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
