MAJAL, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Vice President, Information Technology (1 June 2006 9 December 2006): Challenge : Established ICT, Intelligent Building, and Facility Management for Omniyat Pr operties. Action: Selected the Best of Breed companies to manage infrastructure, technology services, structured cabling, ductwork, and government requirements. Result: Released state-of-the-art commercial and residential buildings within t he Dubai Real Estate Market. Omniyat Properties, Dubai, UAE Divisional Manager, Telecom Ops & Infrastructure (26 December 2001 February 200 6): Challenge: Managed information management strategy and direction for the es tablishment of a rapidly growing international start up IT/Telco Company with $3 0 million in 2002 revenue. Action: Conceptualized and implemented one of the la rgest global IP networks in support of triple-play services to EMAAR Properties customers, clients, group members, and businesses scheduled to occupy approximat ely 384 high-rise buildings, and 11,000 villas/townhouses. Result: After 3-1/2 y ears of support and triple-play services, the government acquired the company an d made it the UAE countrys second PTT. Sahm Technologies, Ltd, Dubai, UAE Director, Information Technology (14 April 2000 25 December 2001): Challenge: Managed and implemented a Medical Technology Services (EPMTS) ICT implementation program worth over $64 million in annual revenues. Specialized in infrastructur e, system integration, software development and implementation for a countrywide military hospital program countrywide, which provided connectivity for 7 major medical facilities, over 100 clinics, and over 100 mobile medical units. Action: Directed the implementation of numerous Oracle based systems (Maximo, Oracle Fi page 2

nancials, HR, and CRM) and oversaw over 70 staff members countrywide. Administe red seamless integration of the technology operation. Action: Worked with gang members and other low-income stu dents to enhance their chances of making better grades and passing the Texas Sta te Math Test. Results: All my students passed the yearly state Math Test.
