(June 1990- Dec 2010 ) - (2007- 2010) Project Development Manager- Responsible for development of Toyot a Genuine Accessories to assure that accessories are available by vehicle launch dates. Programs managed through Project time line master schedules and the coor dination of team group meetings. - (2006-2007) Engineering Development Manager Lexus Group- Responsible for the d evelopment of Lexus Genuine Accessories. This would include assuring prototype p arts are available for pre-production vehicle fit checks, drawings reviewed and accurate, approve Engineering Change Requests (ECR's), approve all Engineering D ocumentation in preparation for mass production and installation at Port and Dea ler locations. - (2002-2006) Engineering Administration Manager- Manage the Engineering Adminis tration Department to assure full support for on-time launch of Genuine Toyota/L exus/SCION Accessories. This would include, assuring all Standards and Specifica tions are up to date and accurate, installation instructions are on time, all En gineering documentation are distributed to the various departments in a timely m anner. - (2000-2002) Accessory Quality Development Program Manager- Manage Development Accessory Quality Engineers to assure Toyota Suppliers are able to manufacture t o Toyota specifications including product flow from in-coming raw material to sh ipping of finished product. Manage TMC service parts quality for Celica and Pase o Convertibles. Interface with TMC and Toyota Suppliers, Dealers and Regions as needed. In addition to Accessories Development responsible for all Field reques ts to repair Celica and Paseo Convertibles. - (1997- 1999) Conversions Development Program Manager- Responsible for the prod uction of the Celica and Paseo Convertible. To include, Engineering, Quality, Pr oduction Control, Shipping and Delivery of vehicles back to Toyota Motor Sales a nd Toyota Motor Corporation. Work with all Regions to assure timely repairs of c onvertibles. - (1995-1997) Accessory Supplier Quality Assurance Manager- Manage Quality Engin eers who are responsible to evaluate Supplier capabilities to meet engineering s pecifications, resolve all field concerns related to accessories and participate in Project Team Meetings for the purpose of establishing quality standards and test methods. - (1993-1995) Senior Executive Coordinator, Toyota Motor Corporation Japan - On sight coordinator at Overseas Conversions & Accessories Products Division (OC&A) TMC Japan for TMS/Product Development & Purchasing Department. Responsible for daily coordination and communication activities for OC&A Sales Promotion Departm ent as well as Engineering Development Group between TMC and TMS. Develop proact ive procedures for coordination of information between TMC and TMS. Develop Sale s Promotion Plan for the export of US Accessories to TMC Foreign Distributors. - (1992-1993) Quality Manager Parts and Accessories Coordination- Responsible to coordinate all quality issues related to parts and accessories to include commu nicating with Parts Supply on re-work and stop sales. - (1990-1992) Supplier Quality Engineer - Develop quality standards, perform Ini tial Sample Inspection Requirements (ISIR), evaluate Supplier capabilities throu gh on-sight system audits.
