EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT * Administered the implementation and execution of the Midwest portion of an AT& T nationwide project that merged the SBC and AT&T long distance networks error f ree which resulted in $36M companywide savings the first year, $137M savings for 2007 and beyond each year after * Served as a consultant in analyzing current processes for inefficiencies in th e tax processing workflow for the second largest office in the country and subse quently re-created the workflow and tools which will serve as the pilot for all offices around the country. The automated process will lower costs associated w ith tax processing thus increasing profits and create efficiencies currently not available. This initiative involved presenting to C-Level Tax leadership to ac hieve buy in, support and funding of the project * Served as an ISO 9001:2000 auditor and consultant for 6 years to key internal departments within AT&T to analyze work processes for inefficiencies as well as compliance with existing metrics and service agreements.
