January 2012 Dear Diamond Families; For two fabulous evenings beginning Thursday, May 11th and ending

Saturday, May 12th, the Dickinson Diamonds will showcase their performances to a packed house in Dickinson High Schools auditorium! The proceeds from ticket sales and program advertising sales make this showcase possible. That is why we ask each Diamond to solicit at least TWO businesses to support the team by purchasing advertising in the Spring Show Program. The program reaches out to more than 2,000 parents, students and fans that attend the show. For a very small investment, businesses can reach a wide audience with their advertising message and support the Diamonds! The Spring Show Program is also an opportunity for Diamond families to say congratulations, good luck, and best wishes to their special Diamond. Please find the attached Ad Form and an ad size chart Extra copies of these items are available in the dance room, or they may be downloaded from the Diamonds Blog Spot at http://dickinsondiamonds.blogspot.com/. The deadline for ads and payment is Friday, April 6th, 2011. Its easy to submit your Spring Show Program ad by following these instructions: 1) Complete the Ad Form 2) Create your ad within the boundaries of the ad size that youve chosen 3) Save your ad in .jpeg or .jpg format (300dpi) or a .pdf as instructed on the ad form. Scrapbook ads need to be scanned and saved in a .jpeg or .pdf format. 4) Submit your ad by email to CVGatorGal@aol.com and then drop your payment and ad Form into the Spring Show Program collection box in the dance room. You may also submit your digital /scanned ad CD in the collection box with your ad form and payment. Ads will not be placed into program until payment is received.
