Engineered flooring is made up of multiple layers of wood hardwood, plywood or HDF, and a top layer of hardwood. It possesses the look and natural characteristics of natural wood, but designed to be much more stable and sturdywithstanding moisture and heat better. This material is also more environmentally sensitive.
