I.

Questions
A. What is an Electric Power?
Electric Power is rapidity of Electric Energy .............................10
which converted to the other form of energy. .............................10
B. Mr Nurman buys a lamp which have Eletric Power 25 Watts. How much the Electric
Power of it in kilowatts unit?
= 25 Watts
= 25.10-3 kilowatts .................15
= 0,025 kW...............................5
C. What is the relation between relation between the Electric Power (P), the Voltage (V),
and the Eletric Current (I)?
Mathematically we can say that: P = V I .............................15
Electric Power (P) is directly proportional with the Voltage (V) and the Electric
Current (I). .............................................5
D. A lamp connected with 220 V of potential different, in fact there is 50 mA of electric
current that flows. How much the Electric Power of it?
V = 220 volts .........................................5
I = 50 mA = 50. 10-3 A...........................5
P = V I ...............................................5
P = 220 50 .10 3 =11000 .10 3 watts =11 watts ....................5
