XSEM have put together what will be a truly memorable high flyer event that will really reward your top consultants. XSEM have used only the finest ingredients when putting together this incentive. From the moment guests arrive they will be captivated by this most unusual of venues for a top class hotel. Malmaison Oxford is special, once consultants see the main wing and cells, this event will be one that is remembered for a long time. At midday the VIP transport will arrive to collect them for the short journey to the West Wycombe Estate, an impressive setting home of the renowned EJ Churchill Shooting Ground. After a day of competitive shooting, guests will sip champagne on the transfer back to the hotel. Once at the hotel guests can either relax in the waiting room exclusive bar or head to their cells to get ready for the evening at Le Manoir. The evening will then be wrapped up in style with a champagne reception followed by a sumptuous four course evening meal accompanied by fine wine. Le Manoir is a world famous venue owned by one of the top chefs, a fitting venue to reward your top consultants.

11.00 Guests check into Malmaison Oxford. Guests will be asked to store their bags, however we will arrange for them to be taken to their rooms once available. 12.00 12.45 13.15 14.15 14.45 15.45 16.00 Coach transfer to the West Wycombe Estate Guests will arrive at West Wycombe estate where they will enjoy bacon sandwiches. Guests will be divided up into teams of 5 for the practice shooting session. Guests will enjoy a coffee and a short break before the competition begins. Shooting competition. Prize giving and de brief Executive coach transfer back to the hotel where guests can freshen up for the evening meal. EJ Churchill Shooting Ground West Wycombe Estate

Your day is based at the E.J. Churchill Shooting Ground, which can be found just 5 minutes from Junction 4 of the M40 at High Wycombe. The Shooting Ground was voted the best in the UK and is situated on the stunning 5000-acre West Wycombe estate, owned by the Dashwood family for over 300 years. West Wycombe estate has an outstanding reputation for providing exciting, innovative and quality programmes for client entertainment and teambuilding. Clay Shooting

Shooting takes place in teams of five and each team will have an instructor who will brief everyone about gun safety and the basic principles of clay shooting before the activities commence. The day is geared to make sure that everyone hits plenty of targets and, with the extensive shooting layouts it can challenge the expert as well as flatter the novice. Low recoil cartridges specially loaded for West Wycombe are used for all novices to ensure that only memories (not bruises) remain! You and your guests will have the chance to practice on all of the stands before things get serious in the competition!
