Blackcurrant Vodka
21% alc vol

Chilli Prawns 1.5kg Green King Prawns 1/3 cup Lemon Infused extra virgin olive oil 1.5 tsp honey 1.5 tsp chilli sauce 1 tbs lemon juice 4 spring onions, finely chopped 2 tbsp Chopped parsley 1/4 tsp five spice powder Shell the prawns leaving tails intact and remove black vein. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Mix in prawns and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Thread prawns onto skewers and BBQ quickly until cooked. Brush with remaining marinade made during cooking. Chilli Sauce

Origin Australia An intense blackcurrant nose and flavours added to a premium vodka base. Add to sparkling lemonade or sparkling white wine. To curb the sweetness can be mixed with mineral water French Martini 60ml Blackcurrant Vodka 30 ml Strawberry Schnapps 180ml Pineapple Juice Ice Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and pour into glass.

Xmas Martini 2 measures Blackcurrant Vodka 1 measure Strawberry Schnapps 6 measures of Pineapple Juice Ice Put ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake ,strain and pour. Current Affair 1 measure Blackcurrant Vodka 1/2 measure Ribena Dash Blue Ice Vodka Dash Strawberry Schnapps Soda Water Lemonade Mix Blackcurrant Vodka and Ribena in a glass, top up with 50/50 Soda water and Lemonade. Float a drop of Blue Ice Vodka and Strawberry Schnapps.

Makes 6 cups 24 chillies -mild, dried, red 2 tbsp BBQ Oil 2 tbsp Garlic Oil I garlic clove, minced Salt to taste 2 tbsp flour Wash chillies, stem and seed. Cook in boiling water for 10 mins or until soft. Remove and drain. Place chillies and small amount of water in blender and blend until you achieve a pasty consistency. Heat oil in large pan, add garlic and flour, cook stirring until flour browns. Add chilli paste slowly to flour mix until it forms a smooth paste. When all chilli mix is added, bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook until it thickens, usually 3-4 mins. Thin with water to a thick saucy consistency. Use with vegetables or as a hot sauce for meat.

Quick and Easy Bruschetta Serves 4 3 diced tomatoes 1 medium to large onion finely diced 4 slices French Bread Stick approx 1/2 inch thick Flaschengeist Garlic Oil Flaschengeist Basil Oil Flaschengeist White Balsamic Vinegar Salt and Pepper to taste Brush bread slices with Garlic oil, and toast lightly under grill. Combine tomato and onion together in bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle equal parts of Garlic Oil, Basil Oil and White Balsamic Vinegar through the mix . Spread toasted bread slices with diced tomato and onion mix and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese

Currant Martini 2 1/2 measures Blackcurrant Vodka 1/2 measure of Chocolate Vodka 1 Tbsp Cadburys Chocolate Powder 1/2 measure Triple Sec 1 Tsp sugar Combine the sugar and chocolate powder on a small plate. Turn your chilled cocktail glass upside down , so that the rim touches the plate. Mix the vodkas and triple sec with ice, and strain into your prepared glass to serve.

Garlic Bread Skewers 1 baguette 150ml Garlic Oil 1 tbsp chopped Italian Parsley Sea salt and freshly ground pepper 6-8 skewers
Cut bread into 2cm thick slices then cut in half crossways. Put oil, parsley, salt, pepper in a bowl and toss bread until coated. Thread bread onto skewers and grill or BBQ on each side until lightly toasted.

Berry Delicious 30ml Blackcurrant Vodka 15ml Strawberry Schnapps Sparkling White Wine with 24crt Gold Flakes Pour Blackcurrant Vodka and Strawberry Schnapps into a glass and top up with chilled wine. Beach Beauty 15 ml Blackcurrant Vodka 15ml Strawberry Schnapps 15ml Melon Liqueur Dash of Limoncello OR Blue Ice Vodka 15ml Cranberry Juice 15ml Apple Juice Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and serve. Black Cosmopolitan 1 measure of Blackcurrant Vodka 1/3 measure of Triple sec Liqueur splash lime juice Top up with Cranberry juice Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and serve. Purple Secrecy 1 measure of Blackcurrant Vodka 2 measures Grape Soda (you can use lemonade or soda with Ribena cordial) Pour the vodka over ice and mixer and stir gently

Mini Roast BBQ Potatoes 2 Potatoes (skin off or on) Flaschengeist BBQ Oil Salt and Pepper to taste if required.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cut potatoes into 1 inch x 1 inch cubes and toss with oil to cover. Bake for approx 40 minutes or until done.

Triple Sec Marinade

6 Tbsp of Triple Sec 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 Tbsp honey 2 tsp Asian chile sauce 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp finely minced orange zest 1/4 cup very finely minced ginger 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil 2 minced green onions

Combine all ingredients together. Use as a marinade for grilled vegetables, poultry, meat or fish.

Cognac & Walnut Chocolate Sauce


Makes: about 500ml (2 cups)

Currant Fuzzy Navel 130ml Blackcurrant Vodka 30ml Mango Liqueur Orange Juice to fill Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass, and serve

300ml thickened cream 180g good-quality dark cooking chocolate, chopped 55g (1/4 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar 80ml (1/3 cup) Cognac & Walnut Liqueur

Spring Break
Combine the cream, chocolate and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring with a metal spoon, for 8 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in Cognac & Walnut and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until well combined. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.

40ml Blackcurrant Vodka 15ml Lychee Liqueur Club Soda or Lemonade Build over ice, finishing with club soda or lemonade to top up

Notes & tips You'll need a metal spoon for this recipe.
This sauce is ideal with hot pancakes and vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Butterscotch French Toast 1 1/4 cups cream 3 eggs 1/4 cup Butterscotch Schnapps 1 Baguette 25g butter

Springtime 40ml Blackcurrant Vodka 30ml Limoncello 10ml Lime Juice Cranberry Juice Using a highball glass, pour ingredients over lots of ice. Top up with cranberry juice. Garnish with a slice of lime

Keep on Walking
Whisk the eggs and cream together until well combined. Slice baguette into 2cm rounds. Heat a little butter in a large non stick fry pan. Dip the baguette into the egg mixture and fry 68 slices at a time until lightly golden. Build a tower on each serving plate with toast then drizzle with Butterscotch Schnapps. Delicious served with crispy bacon and bananas.

Melon Liqueur
18% alc vol Origin Australia Enjoy the refreshing honeydew melon flavour a popular cocktail mixer! Best served with sparkling lemonade, pineapple juice or add a dash to your champagne. Fuzzy Chartreuse 90ml Melon Liqueur Ginger Ale Crushed Ice Half fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice. Add melon liqueur, then fill glass the rest of the way with ginger ale. Meloncello 30 ml Melon Liqueur 30 ml Limoncello Lemonade Half fill glass with ice, pour ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange Melon Mint 30ml Melon Liqueur 30ml Lemon & Lime Daiquiri 15ml Lime Juice (optional) 15ml Sugar Syrup 5 Fresh Mint Leaves Honeydew Melon cut into chunks Ice Blend all ingredients & serve in a glass

Strawberry Pikelets
1 cup Self Raising Flour 1tb Caster Sugar Pinch of Salt 150mls Cup Milk 1 Egg 30mls Strawberry Schnapps Butter for Frying pan Sift flour and sugar together into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Whisk milk and egg together, then add to dry ingredients along with Strawberry Schnapps, whisking until smooth. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush with butter. Drop level tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and cook for half a minute or until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn over and cook other side for 1 minute until golden. Serve. *Has also been tried with Whiskey Liqueur

Jelly shots Jelly Crystals (Flavour of your choice that compliments the liqueur) 225mls approx Liqueur 225ml approx Boiling water Place jelly crystals into a bowl, using the boiling water, pour over jelly crystals and dissolve. Allow to cool to room temperature. Do not allow the jelly to set, mix in the liqueur. Mix well and pour into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate until set.

Melon Splice Cocktail 30ml Melon Liqueur 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 90ml Pineapple Juice 30ml Cream Put Melon Liqueur, Blue Ice Vodka and Pineapple Juice in a tall glass over lots of ice. Carefully pour the cream on top and serve. Mile High 60ml Melon Liqueur 15ml Cognac & Walnut Liqueur 15ml Strawberry Schnapps Bitter Lemon Soda
Fill highball glass full with ice, add liqueurs and top up with bitters

Mascarpone cheese or sour cream Liqueur of Choice


Blend (DO NOT BEAT) Brown Sugar and your choice of either sour cream or mascarpone cheese. (One Tub can normally make 3 flavours). Then divide mixture into bowls. Then add liqueur to taste, starting at 1 teaspoon, depending on size of bowl. Again don't beat the mixture, blend (slowly, otherwise cream goes runny). Enjoy with ice-cream wafers and fruit platter.

A selection of recipes where you can utilize our products to further enhance your food experience. Cowboy Fudge Slice Makes 12 Slices

Eclipse 1 shot Melon Liqueur 1 shot Strawberry Schnapps 1 shot Aniseed Liqueur Combine all ingredients and fill up with any energy drink (e.g.. Red bull)

50mls Cowboy Shooter (or Chocolate Port) 200gm Good Quality Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped 20g unsalted butter 1/3 cup (100g) sweetened condensed milk 50g chopped unsalted pistachio kernels (can use Peanuts) 75g roughly crushed shortbread biscuits 200g mini marshmallows (or regular marshmallows) chopped

150g white chocolate, roughly chopped

Grease a 8cm X 20cm bar pan, line with baking paper, leaving some overhanging. Place Cowboy shooter, dark chocolate, butter and milk in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water as the moisture will make the chocolate harden).

Create your own !

Allow to melt, then stir gently until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Stir in nuts, biscuits, marshmallows and 100g white chocolate. Spread over base of pan evenly. Then chill for 2-3 hours until firm. Melt remaining white chocolate (50g) as before. Drizzle over fudge, leave for 3-4 minutes to set. Then cut into squares. The fudge will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Coffee Lovers Corner


For those of you who simply cannot do without your coffee; and want to mix it up a bit without losing that taste you love! (Cognac & Walnut Liqueur also goes well in coffee!) Aniseed Coffee 1 oz Aniseed Liqueur 1 cup Hot Coffee Add aniseed liqueur to your cup of coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Sweeten to taste. Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee 10 oz hot freshly brewed coffee 1oz Chocolate Vodka 1 oz Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur In a warm 12oz wine glass, mix coffee and liqueurs. Top with a sprinkling of cocoa powder Orange Coffee A mug of hot coffee 20ml Cowboy Shooter Liqueur 15ml Triple Sec
Stir coffee and liqueurs together. Top with whipped cream

Lychee Liqueur
18% alc vol Origin Australia Enjoy the exotic taste of fresh, sweet fragrant lychee fruit. Best served chilled with lemonade, add a dash to champagne or mix to make the perfect Lychee martini. For an adult twist on a summery snack, drizzle over fresh fruit salad. Lychee Madness 60ml Lychee Liqueur 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 15ml Lime Cordial Mint Leaves Shake vodka and Lychee liqueur together in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Layer lime cordial in the bottom of a glass and slowly drizzle strained vodka mix over the top. Decorate with mint leaves. Lychee Cosmopolitan 30ml Lychee Liqueur 60ml Blue Ice Vodka 15ml Grapefruit Juice 1 fresh, frozen or canned Lychee peeled and pitted. Pour all ingredients over ice and shake in a cocktail shaker. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with the lychee. Lychee Martini 30ml Lychee Liqueur 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 30ml Lychee Juice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with or without ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass to serve. Drop a peeled and pitted Lychee in glass if desired.

Hot Whiskey 2/3 cup of hot freshly brewed coffee 2 tbsp Whiskey Liqueur Desired amount of Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur Cream Add whiskey liqueur to coffee and stir well. Whip coffee nut whip liqueur with the cream and place on top of coffee.

Watermelon Liqueur
21% alc vol Origin Australia Add a splash of fun and colour to your next cocktail. Enjoy the fresh, crisp taste of summer watermelons to this vodka based liqueur. Serve with fresh watermelon juice or add a dash to your margarita. On the Beach 30ml Watermelon Vodka Pineapple Juice Cranberry Juice Ice Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass and serve.

Black Rose 20ml Aniseed Liqueur 20ml Triple Sec Liqueur 20ml Strawberry Schnapps Strawberries Blend all ingredients except Aniseed. Pour into glass. Lean a small teaspoon against the inside edge of the glass and pour the aniseed over so it floats on top. Garnish with a strawberry fan.

Hell Raiser 1part Strawberry Schnapps 1 part Melon Liqueur 1 part Aniseed Liqueur Layer in shot glass and shoot. Black Dream 1 part Aniseed Liqueur 1 part Cowboy Shooter Layer in shot glass and shoot.

Kissed by the Sun 30ml Watermelon Vodka 30ml Cognac & Walnut 30ml Melon Liqueur 30ml Cream Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass and serve.

Water your Melon 60ml Watermelon Liqueur Mountain Dew Soft Drink Pour the soft drink into any glass. Add the watermelon vodka and stir gently.

Black Widow 1 part Aniseed Liqueur 1 part Strawberry Schnapps 1 part Cream Shake ingredients well in cocktail shaker. Strain and serve in shot glass. Or layer liqueurs on top of each other finishing with the cream.

Jaffa 1 part Triple Sec Liqueur 2 parts Chocolate Port (or coke) Pour Triple Sec into glass and top up with either Coke or Chocolate Port. Serve. Currant Cosmo 30ml Triple Sec Liqueur 60ml Blackcurrant Vodka 1 splash Lime Juice 1 splash Cranberry Juice Chill cocktail glass. Pour ingredients with ice into a shaker and shake well. Serve straight up with a cherry.

Fruit Tingle (2) 30ml Watermelon Liqueur 15ml Blue Ice Vodka Lemonade Ice Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Top up with lemonade Perfect Experience 30ml Watermelon Liqueur 30ml Mango Liqueur 30ml Coconut Cream Pulp out of 1 passionfruit Ice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass and serve.

Aniseed Liqueur
A liquorice liqueur with a smooth finish. According to some - similar to Sambuca in taste. Enjoy straight with or without ice. Absolutely Fruity 1 measure Watermelon Liqueur 1 measure Blackcurrant Vodka 1 measure Mango Liqueur Combine all liqueurs into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass and top with cream to serve if so desired. Create your own ! Blue Ice Vodka


21% alc vol Origin Australia Neat vodka which can be sipped over ice or mixed with orange juice or lemonade. Mix with Strawberry Schnapps and lemonade to make a classic Fruit Tingle. Blue Hawaiian 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 60ml Coconut Cream 60ml Pineapple Juice Ice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass and serve.

Triple Sec
An orange liqueur typically used as a mixer in cocktails or to be enjoyed straight, over lots of ice. Can also be mixed with coke.

Maidens Blush 15ml Triple sec 15ml Limoncello 30ml Strawberry Schnapps Shake together with crushed ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass

Juice Booster 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 30ml Melon Liqueur 30ml Strawberry Schnapps Apple or Orange Juice Ice Half fill a tall glass with ice. Add the liqueurs, top with juice and stir.

Citrus Supreme 1 measure Triple sec 2 measures Limoncello 1/4 tsp caster sugar 50ml Orange Juice Shake in cocktail shaker with ice and strain into glass.

Electric Popsicle 30ml Blue Ice Vodka 30ml Melon Liqueur Lemonade Ice Combine liqueurs over ice and top up with lemonade. Optionally, drop a slice of lime into the drink to serve

Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur


20% alc vol Origin Australia The luscious taste of cappuccino and the burst of hazelnut makes this liqueur a creamy sensation. Serve chilled or over ice cream.

Blue Bird 30ml Blue Ice Vodka Sparkling White Wine with 24crt Gold Flakes Half fill a glass with ice and add the vodka. Top up with the 24crt Gold Flake Wine. Garnish with a cherry.

Squashed Frog (2) 2 parts Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur 1 part Strawberry Schnapps 1 part Melon Liqueur Pour schnapps into bottom of glass. Over the back of a small teaspoon pour the melon and then the coffee nut liqueur. Best served chilled.

Blue Russian 30ml Blue Ice Vodka Dash of lime juice Lemonade Pour ingredients over ice and garnish with an orange or lime slice. Devils Breath

Pink V 15ml Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur 15ml Tiramisu 15-30ml Strawberry Schnapps Milk Mix well with milk and ice in a cocktail shaker and serve.

15ml Blue Ice Vodka 15ml Limoncello 10mls Campari Bitters Shake in cocktail shaker with ice and pour into a shooter glass Alternately, layer limoncello, bitters and vodka in that order into a shot glass.

Purple Cosmo Chocolate Russian 15ml Coffee Nut Whip Liqueur 15ml Chocolate Vodka Milk Serve in glass over ice. 60ml Blue Ice Vodka 30ml Lime Juice Cordial 30mls Orange Juice 120ml Cranberry Juice Ice Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

21% alc vol Origin Italy A perfect fusion of colour, flavour and zest of a lemon. Serve straight or over ice; it can enrich the flavour and aroma of other drinks. It can also be used for baking, on ice-cream or over fruit salad. It can also be kept in the freezer to drink straight.
