Professional process servers scored a 4.28 out of 5 stars compared to 2.55 out of 5 for the sheriffs office. This may come as a surprise to you, but when it comes to the

Is It A Rush Job, or Not? Sometimes you just have to get that paper served as soon as possible. What may seem to be a rush to you, may not necessarily be a rush job to your process server. The difference, quite honestly, lies in how much you or your client will be charged. Most process serving companies will serve your papers within a 3-5 day period. The industry standard in serving papers properly requires that the process server make attempts at different times of the day and on different days. gence when having to nail and mail a paper, or when proving in court that a serve was properly handled. If you require your papers to be served same day or within 24 hours, then this is usually considered a Rush Serve. This is usually a costly additional service that your process server offers. This requires your process server to drop everything else, including his/her personal life and focus completely on serving your rush papers. And most are more than willing to do so.
Most companies charge an additional fee to the regular process fee. For UNYPARS the additional fee is $15.00 per paper. Most other companies charge in excess of $50.00 per paper on top of their normal per paper charge. This can add up very quickly and be very costly. Do your best to plan and avoid these extra charges. Be sure to advise your client/customer also, so that they are prepared and informed to pay the extra charges.
If you have a large office, then we ask that we split the breakfasts up by division or specialties. This will also allow us a chance to tailor our services to your needs. We look forward to hearing
