Our Bachelor of Business (Management and Entrepreneurship) offers choice and flexibility, with the option to combine Management and Entrepreneurship with a second majo from International Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Tourism Management. You have an option to combine any two fields of interest from a diverse range study areas, and you can change your choices at any time in your first year.

Elective subjects It is highly recommended that students completing the Management and Entrepreneurship major select the following subjects: Marketing Fundamentals, Business Law an ethics, Business Research methods and Entrepreneurship. Major To complete a major as part of your Bachelor of Business (Management and Entrepreneurship) you will need to complete the subjects listed below for that major during th 2-year course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entrance requirements are different from country to country but in general applicants must have satisfactorily completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent. Successful completion of the James Cook University Foundation Program will also satisfy the entrance requirement. English Language requirements for ALL students IELTS 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5)/ TOFEL 550 (with a minimum written English text score of 4.0) and above; or Satisfactory completion of the James Cook University English Language Preparatory Program (ELPP) l Students who have successfully completed 2 years of full-time study in English medium may satisfy the English language requirement.

Advanced Standing Credit exemption may be granted for students with tertiary qualifications from recognized institutions on a case-by-case basis.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
International students holding a valid students passes are required to attend at least 90% of scheduled classes per month. Failure to attend classes is a breach of the stude visa conditions. Being absent from classes for a continuous period of seven days or more, or attendance falling below 90% without valid reasons will result in the stude needing to surrender their Student pass for cancellation. FURTHER REQUIREMENTS
**Note: International students in Singapore on a Student Pass are not permitted to work. For more information please visit http://www.ica.gov.sg JCU Singapore is required to be EduTrust-certified as it enrols international students. The EduTrust certification scheme is administered by the Council for Private Education (CPE a statutory board that was formed in 2009. EduTrust requires all students to be covered under a Fee Protection Scheme and in JCU Singapore, it is provided through an insuranc protection scheme. Further, EduTrust also requires that the students must be covered under a medical insurance coverage for the students hospitalisation, surgery and treatment costs througho their course duration.
