better. Founded in 1962, the company’s focus has
always been on quality construction and providing excel-
lent customer service, says Ayres Bradford, business devel-
opment director.
When founder Hollis Graham passed away in 1990, his
two sons, Ronny and Danny Graham, took over the compa-
ny. Today, Ronny and Danny are the CEO and president,
respectively, and Ronny’s two sons, Clint and Mark Grah-
am, are vice presidents.

Marketing Manager Colleen Simmermaker says Lincoln
Builders is ranked in the top-10 building contractors in
Louisiana, and 14th in the top-100 private companies in
the northwest part of the state by the Louisiana State
University’s Center for Business and Economic Research.
The company’s reputation has helped it expand its oper-
ations. “When we started in Ruston, we did almost all hard
bid work,” Bradford says. “We have been in transition for
the last five to 10 years doing more negotiated work and
see that now probably 80 percent of our contracts are
negotiated.” Lincoln Builders opened its Forth Worth, Texas,
office in 1997 with Greg Gammill as the regional manager.
“They do strictly negotiated work and are very successful,”
Bradford notes.

According to Clint Graham, vice president, there are three
