ince its founding in 1991, Andres Construction Serv-
ices (ACS) says its list of satisfied clients has grown.
Today, the Austin, Texas-based general contractor en-
joys a repeat client rate of 80 percent, which occasionally
forces ACS to turn down new business.
“We view each project as an opportunity to turn a client
into a repeat customer,” President Wade Andres said in a
statement.
ACS says whether it’s office buildings, churches, schools,
continuing care retirement centers, institutional or residen-
tial projects, the company’s personnel is committed to be-

Although ACS was founded just more than a decade ago,
