Migration from one plan to another :

Migration from one prepaid plan to other (except Pyari Jodi & Student Special plan ) will be allowed. In order to facilitate easy migration from one plan to other, the following Migration Vouchers may be used. These are available on C-Top-up and SMS. Usage Value allowed with Top-up vouchers

Increased talk value is available on Topup of Rs. 1100, 3300 & 5500. For talk values, see table below. The Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) for new Saral Anant Customers is single Topup of Rs. 200/- or more over a period of 180 days. The MRC for existing Saral Anant customers registered upto 15-7-2011 will be Rs.55 over a period of 180 days which will be revised to Rs. 200/- w.e.f. 21-12-2011. If existing Saral Anant customer migrates to any other plan, his MRC facility of Rs. 55 & 180 days validity will be withdrawn. Validity voucher of Rs. 280 is withdrawn. Now Top-up of Rs. 280 will be treated as normal topup and customer will get talk value & validity in accordance with above table. All the printed recharge vouchers are converted to Top-up vouchers & the talk value & validity will be governed in accordance with the Top-up table given above. Migration Voucher of Rs. 19/- is withdrawn and is invalid for migration.

Procedure to avail Reduced call charges facility under prepaid plans and Friends & family facility under Student Special Plan
All Subscribers under normal prepaid plan can enjoy reduced call charges facility on 3 BSNL numbers. Two on-net Local numbers (MP & CG) and one on-net STD number is allowed. Similarly Customers registered under Student Special Plan can avail Friends & Family facility on 5 numbers. The numbers can be either on-net or off-net. The terms & condition for above CDMA postpaid plans is as below : CDMA Full mobility services : The postpaid tariff for full mobility CDMA service is similar to GSM tariff applicable to 2G postpaid mobile services ( as detailed above ) CDMA Fixed/Limited Mobility services : The above postpaid CDMA plans will be offered as Alternate Plans in addition to existing tariff plans for CDMA fixed/limited mobility service. The existing customers will have the option to switch over to any of the above postpaid plans. However, the new customers are offered only the new postpaid plans. In case of CDMA fixed and limited mobile customers roaming facility shall not be allowed. All India Roaming facility is available under CDMA Full mobility service (except Delhi & Mumbai). Local call in case of CDMA means Intra circle calls i.e. Only MP. All the customers will be provided 1X data service which shall be charged @ 5paisa/100 KB. The CDMA Activation charge of Rs. 100/- in case of RUIM and Rs. 900 in case of IFWT (if provided by BSNL) will apply.
