Terms and Conditions “JAAGO AUR JEETO”

1. These terms and conditions are the rules for the TV Competition Show named “JAAGO AUR
JEETO” (the “Rules”) and apply to all competitions, unless otherwise expressly stated. By
participating in a competition, participant agrees to be bound by these Rules.

2. The TV Competition Show “JAAGO AUR JEETO” (the “Competition”) is organised by 9Live
International GmbH, Gutenbergstrasse 1, 85774 Unterfoehring, Germany (“Producer”).

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating
to the Competition, the decision of the Producer shall be final and no correspondence or
discussion shall be entertained.

4. Participation is only possible during the hours of broadcast, currently daily from 00:00 am to
02:15 a.m.

5. By participating in the Competitions you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter the
Competitions and agree to the Rules (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity
and are entitled to be legally bound in contract).

6. Employees of Producer, Play TV or any company involved in the Competition or, if relevant,
production of a television programme to which a Competition relates, or any advertising
agency or web company connected with Producer, Play TV or any such person’s subsidiary or
associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to
participate in the Competition. Producer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all
participants.

7. Producer will have sole and absolute discretion as to whether accept you as a participant.
Producer reserves the right to exclude you permanently from the Competition at its sole
discretion.

8. To enter the Competition you may send via mobile phone

a. a text message with the keyword “JEETO” or

b. via the ITZ Cash Card a text message with the keyword “JEETO” together with your
account number and your password (information is displayed on the screen)

to the Premium Rate Short Code Number 57575.

You will receive a response text message whether you were selected by the selection
mechanism as described in section 13 or not. If you were successful you will be called back
and put through to the programme. You will be asked to answer the Competition question if
you are called back and put through to the programme.

Producer will not be able to call you back if your mobile phone provider withheld your
telephone number when you sent the text message.

9. A premium text message charge of RS 10 will apply. This charge will be billed on your
wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. The costs for sending and
receiving messages may vary between the operators:

10. Once the text message with the Keyword has been sent, you will be charged for sending the
Keyword message and for receiving the response message regardless of whether or not you
are selected to be called back.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee that your text message will be selected and that
you will win the prize.

11. If you are entering the Competition by a mobile phone and are not the bill payer, you must get
permission from the bill payer before participating.

12. The Premium Rate Short Code Number is operated by third parties and neither Play TV nor
the third party shall be liable to reimburse any expenses incurred by you or any participant in
sending text messages to the Premium Rate Short Code Number.

13. On sending text messages to the Premium Rate Short Code number callers will pass through
the following selection mechanism:

1) Registration of Participants:

From among all viewers who send a text message during the course of a competition, some
viewers will be randomly selected for being registered in a registration list (“Registrant”). Such
Registrant will receive a text message stating that he or she has been pre-selected, i.e. the
text message has been registered in a list, from which the Contestants (as defined below
under sec. 2) will be selected.

2) “Green Room”

Participants will be randomly selected from among all eligible Registrants in the list. A
Registrant who is selected to become a Participant: (a) will be contacted by the Producer by
telephone at the telephone number provided by the Registrant in his or her registration, and
(b) must answer the Producer's telephone call in order to become a Participant. Upon
answering the Producer's telephone call a Participant will receive an automated telephone
message from the Producer stating that he or she has been placed in the "Green Room" from
which the Contestants (as defined in section 3) below) will be selected and that he or she will
remain on hold. The Participant will be placed on hold for a pre-determined period of time and
he or she has the chance to be selected to become a Contestant during this period of time.
Thereafter the Participant will either (a) be selected to be a Contestant or (b) be disconnected.
Before a Participant is disconnected from the Green Room, he/she will be notified that he/she
is not selected as a Contestant to play the Game. There is no prize or other compensation
associated with the status as a Participant.

3) Selection of Contestants:

One Participant will be randomly selected from among all Participants who are placed in the
“Green Room” at such point in time to play the Competition live with the host during the Game
Play Period (the "Contestant"). He or she will be put through to the presenter in the studio in
order to answer the competition question. If the Contestant correctly answers the question, he
or she will win the prize. If the Contestant does not correctly answer/solve the competition
question, he or she will not win the prize.

14. Producer accepts no responsibility where any call back is not connected to your phone,
howsoever caused.

15. If you are not available to take up the prize, Producer reserves the right to award the prize to
another winner.

16. The Producer shall distribute the prizes to the winning contestant. The Producer reserves the
right to request proof of identity before payment can be made to the contestant.

17. Producer may withdraw or cancel the Competition for any reason and at any time and may
change the prize to a prize of similar value without notice. Producer is under no obligation to
offer refunds, but may do so at its sole discretion.

18. You will be responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize you may win.

19. Producer, its suppliers, their group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any
responsibility whatsoever for (i) any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in
any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any
message being lost or not properly recorded, or (ii) traffic congestion or other capacity issues
which may result in a message not being able to get through or a message not being
recorded.
