MEETING SPACE
Stewart Center Meeting Facilities
Centrally located on campus and adjacent to the Purdue Memorial
Union, Stewart Center serves as a hub for all conference activities at
Purdue University with a dedicated registration area, 22 meeting
rooms, 2 theatres, an art gallery, and a convenience store.

Stewart Center boasts modern facilities equipped with state-of-the-


art audio-visual equipment, wireless internet connectivity, and on-site catering. Meeting rooms are
set in a variety of configurations and can hold between 16 and 460 people.

Stewart Center also contains two proscenium-style theatres. Fowler


Hall seats 388 people and is ideal for lectures, films, panel discussions,
and debates. Hall of Music Productions enhances events in the theatres
as an on-site, high-tech production company skilled in making any scale
presentation a success!

Serving around 35,000 students annually, Purdue’s classrooms offer a
wide variety of seating configurations for groups of 10 to 474 people.
Plus, most classrooms are equipped with modern technology including
LCD projectors, P.A. systems, and more.

University Residences:
For groups convening in the summer months, Purdue’s University
Residences offer a variety of accommodations for groups as large as 8,000
people. From air conditioned rooms with semi-private bathrooms to the

Adjacent to Stewart Center, Purdue Memorial Union contains a

the North and South Ballrooms with over 14,400 square feet of
banquet or exhibit space can accommodate up to 840 guests for a
meal or up to 1400 guests set theatre style.

Service is provided to manage all aspects of the event with the exception of the program and content
at a rate of 13.5 percent of total event expenses or revenue at a minimum of $250 per event.
