Programme (MDP) is another

FACULTY AT EBS
1. Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Marwah is an MBA and a Doctorate
in Management, with two decades of Corporate and Teaching
experience. He has been the Dean of Management & Director at MM
University and JK Institute of Management, and closely associated
with Lincolnshire, Humberside, & Thames Valley University, U.K.,
Singapore Management University, Philadelphia University, USA.
2. Prof. (Dr.) Jaipal S. Dahiya is a Post Graduate in Economics
with a Doctorate from Jamia Milia Islamic University, New Delhi. Prof.
Dahiya has to his credit 40 years of academic experience, of which 32
years has been in teaching management students at MDI, Gurgaon.
Prof. Dahiya has visited JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management,
Northwestern University, USA, under UNDP sponsored scholar
exchange programme.
3. Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Mehta is a Post Graduate in Defense Studies
and Master Diploma in Public Administration. He has done his
M.Phil in Social Science and Masters in Management Studies from
Osmania University. Having done his Doctorate in Management from
Indore, he has been involved in organizing Seminars, Presentations
and Workshops in Organizational Behaviour related subjects. He is
presently teaching HR and is also the registrar of the institute.
4. Prof. J. Subramanian has over 35 years of experience in
Managerial Learning, Leadership Development, Human Resources
and Employee & Industrial Relations. Prof. Subramanian is an MBA,
and has been associated with leading organizations like TVS Suzuki,
Kinetic, Eicher, to name a few. He has held top positions, such as
General Manager, Human Resource until 2010.
5. Prof. Anuj Verma is an MBA from IMS Indore, CFA, and awaiting
his Ph.D Degree. He has around 14 years of teaching and consulting
experience. He is an expert in the area of Capital Markets, Financial
Analysis and International Finance. Prof. Verma has conducted numerous
workshops on E-Finance, Derivatives and Wealth Management. He also
has a number of Publications and Consultancy Assignments to his credit.
6. Prof. (Dr.) Joydeep Goswami is an MA and M.Phil in
Economics. He has done his Ph.D from North Eastern Hill University,
Shillong. Dr. Goswami comes with teaching experience of 15 years
and is an expert in the areas of Operational Research, Statistical
Methods, Econometrics and Business Research. He has also worked as
an Economist in the National Council of Applied Economics Research
(NCAER), New Delhi.
7. Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Sharma holds an MBA degree and a Ph.D
in the area of Retail Management. She has published and presented
extensive papers on Retailing. Her areas of interest are Customer
Behavior and Online Retailing. She has been the Chief Mentor for
Placements at a Leading Business School.
8. Prof. Hitesh Manocha is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi
College of Engineering and PGDBM from IIM, Ahmedabad. Prof.
Manocha has over 14 years of work experience in the area of Sales
and Marketing. His areas of interests are Marketing, Strategy and
General Management.
9. Prof. Christopher Doyle holds a PGDM from IIM, Kolkata, and
obtained an Honors degree in Economics from St. Stephens College,
Delhi. He has over 20 years of experience and served at top positions
with leading multinational companies like Coats Viyella, Eveready
Battery Company Inc., Bausch & Lomb, Hilton Hotels and IBM.
10. Prof. Keshav Kumar Sharma is a B.E., a certifed PMP (by
PMI, USA) and currently pursuing Doctoral Program from XLRI,
Jamshedpur. Prof. Sharma has been involved in Project Management
Consultancy, Training & Teaching and has more than 16 years of work
experience in the Industry and Academia which includes working
with Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., a Government of India
Enterprise.
11. Prof. Bhavleen Kaur Rekhi is an experienced trainer
with exhaustive experience in Personality Development and
Communication Skills in the Corporate Sector. She has also handled
various administrative portfolios during her corporate and academic
career. She is an MBA from Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is
currently pursuing her Ph.D in Marketing.
12. Prof. Manisha Vijayran is an MBA in HR from the Institute of
Management Studies, MDU, Rohtak and submitted her Ph.D thesis in
HR. She has also done her Diploma in Training and Development from
Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi. Prof.
Vijayran has participated in a number of National and International
conferences.
13. Prof. Arup Baishya received a B.S. with Summa Cum Laude
from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and a joint Masters
in Industrial Management from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH),
Stockholm, Technical University of Madrid and Technical University
of Milan. He is a recipient of Fulbright-PLUS Scholarship and Erasmus
Mundus Scholarship.
14. Prof. Deep Priya Dhillon has done her B.Tech. in Electronics
and Communication and MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. She has been
associated with leading organizations such as Idea Cellular, Henkel
India, etc. and has also worked on short term consulting assignments
for TVS Electronics and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Prof. Dhillon has
also contributed to various publications on current Management and
Economic issues.
15. Prof. Harsh Maheshwari has done MBA Finance from
Brandeis University (USA) along with CFA level 1 from CFA Institute
(USA). He has strong academic and corporate experience in Corporate
Finance and Investments. Most recently, he advised the Sparta Group
on Investments and China Entry strategy.
16. Prof. Nittin Tikku holds a bachelors degree in IT, Masters
degree in Communication and an executive MBA from the University
of Glasgow, UK. He has robust experience in International Marketing
with organizations like Virgin Media (UK), University of Hertfordshire
(UK) etc. and has extensively travelled to North America, Europe,
Middle East, CIS and S.E. Asia.
