Digital Set Top Box seeding: Hathway is purposing to install Digital STB @ particular cluster the entire current analog cable TV Subscribers place by informing them about TARI new Digitalization Regulation( provided by Hathway) in advance. Once we are done with that. We need to stop analog signals to that particular cluster. This will also help us to disconnect their Service for non payment on due date Technical feasibility to be done by Mr. Vijay Vadenere. Any infra and Network changed to be supported by Hathway in terms of Hardware and Manpower to start with. They have also started HD Cable TV Service from the month of November 2011 (HD Set top box offer Rs.5500/- along with HD Content free for the year.) DTH to Digital Cable TV conversion: Attractive schemes to be work out in coordination with Hathway .i.e. Pay 6 months subscription in advnace and 50% Off on Set Top box ,Pay 12 months subscription in advance and Get free Set Top Box Respective schemes to be worked out. Taking current DTH Service Providers STB and providing them our STB with 6 OR12 months Advance Payment. To be approved by Mr.Satish Sir Data for Calling and Marketing: They have tele calling team seating at Deccan Office. They have requested us to provide customer data so that they can do telling calling. Hathway is Ready to share the Cost for the same. Other option is we can recruit (not on pay roll) tele callers for twothree months and ask them make call from our TATA intercom Phones network: kindly advice.

Cocoon service Hotel will enter in to agreement with respective broadcaster representative and make payment to them directly. They will deal with broadcasters representative on Cocoon Service Hotel Behalf. Cocoon Service Hotel will Make the payment to Hathway Cable and Datacom Ltd.
