Summary I have 23 years working experience in Oil, Gas, Offshore / Onshore Production field. The Positions I have held during my career have varied from Maintenance Planning Supervisor / Planner / Scheduler / Materials Co-coordinator. My career has allowed me to gain experience in a wide variety of locations including India, Syria, Iran , Nigeria & Equatorial Guinea . Work Experience May 2006 till Present: Working as Maintenance Planner / Materials Coordinator on Contract to HESS, with Wood Group Production at Equatorial Guinea. Working with SAP R/3 Maintenance Management System. Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor / Electrical / Instrument / Mechanical team Leads and develop maintenance routines on a day to day basis. Work closely with all lead department section on maintenance planning activities, materials planning. Prepare daily plans, 14 days look ahead & 90 days plans from SAP Maintenance system. Arrange day to day planning meetings and weekly planning meeting with all departments. Discuss various issues related to maintenance plans, materials spares etc. Monitor maintenance data recording & procedures guidelines to field department personnels. Provide planning reports & produce KPIs on a monthly basis to head of department OIM & OFM. Check out Materials required for jobs major overhauling. Provide proper technical information on materials, class, code, manufacturer, prepare material requisition. Prepare minimum / maximum spare parts stock levels that required to be maintained (MRP).Auto tracking order and co-ordinate with SAP system administrator to set up the required minimum / maximum spare parts stock levels. Co-ordinate with Procurement department for spare parts materials that need to be ordered, chase quotations for materials from supplier if required & requested. Arrange equipment for repair that needs to be send out to vendors. Arrange weekly meeting with procurement heads, Maintenance Head to discuss various issue on materials and repair service contracts.

August 2005 till March 2006: Worked as Planning Engineer Supervisor Maintenance, with ENI group Nigeria, on contract to Nigerian Agip Oil Co. Ltd. Onshore Gas Plant at Obrikom, Nigeria. Worked with MP2 Data Stream CMMS Maintenance System. Physical data inventory survey carried out from Plant, input complete Plant processing data to MP2 maintenance system, referring AGIP Company Specification item numbering & Coding system etc. Transferred these data to Excel template and imported data to MP2 Data Stream CMMS system. Prepared Preventive Maintenance Schedules on Ms Project, for all equipments 2 year, 1 year, 6 Months, 3 Months, Monthly & Weekly. Transferred these schedules manually to MP2 Maintenance System. Prepared Maintenance Task work Instruction referring maintenance manual for all equipments. Implemented maintenance Planning within a period of 90 days. This plant never had a proper maintenance planning system for the last 22 years. Produced 14 days look ahead plan on Ms Project, for all department. Conduct weekly planning meetings with all departments issues related to maintenance plan etc. September 2004 till July 2005: Worked with Iran Offshore Oil Company Offshore Production Platform as Maintenance Planning Supervisor. Job reporting to operation Manager. Coordinate with Company Man, Platform Engineer, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician to ensure work operation not effected due to equipment frequent breakdown and non availability of Spare parts. Attend / arrange departmental meetings for smooth operation. Plan / Schedule Preventive maintenance for all rotating equipment. Check spare parts needed for overhauling equipments, follow up material purchase order with onshore Materials department. October 2002 till August 2004: Working on Production Platform Offshore India ONGC contract as Preventive Maintenance Planner / Materials Coordinator. Worked with AMOS system a Computerize software used for Maintenance & Purchase of oil field spare parts. Plan / Schedule Preventive Maintenance for Cat 399 Engines, Mud Pumps, Anchor Winch, Drilling equipments such as Top Drive System Varco, National Kelly Spinners, National Draw Works Motors, Cranes and all other rotating equipments. Independently handling all Planning maintenance activity. Plan schedule major overhauling & Shutdown plans as required. Check / identify Spare parts availability, request requisition for materials, follow up materials purchase orders. February 1990 to August 2002: Worked with Shell Petroleum / Al Furat Petroleum Company in Syria for on shore production facility as Planning Supervisor / Planner / Scheduler / Senor Planning Technician on contract basis for 12 years. Worked on 2 types Computerize maintenance system known as COMAC & IMMpower. Reason for leaving: Due to companys nationalization my contract was nationalized. Nature of Duty: Planning Supervisor / Planner / Scheduler. Plan / Schedule preventive maintenance. Attend daily Morning & Evening coordination meeting with Heads of Production, Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Static, Civil & Safety departments. Notes decisions on new work requests, work in progress, work completed and planned work. Ensure lack of conflict, duplication of work requests. Estimate the manpower, duration for each work order, plan if the work can be scheduled to fit production requirements. Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure equipment downtime is minimized to target production are not affected. Close completed Work orders with history of work done and transfer the same to history data. Assist department Engineers and technicians in coordination and planning matters. Schedule and Plan weekly Preventive Maintenance / Unscheduled jobs for all departments. Check on Spares availability & follow up spares required to maintain Plant operation. Prepares shutdown work lists for major equipment overhauls. Prepares shutdown planning with Section Heads and procedures. Coordinate Technical issue between Company and Contractor. Training Syrian National Staff in Planning Department to achieve Syrian Government Goal of nationalization. June 1984 to Jan. 1990: Jardine Offshore, Dixilyn field / Sonat Offshore Drilling, Hi-tech Drilling Services India Ltd, Bombay High, ONGC contract schedule 28/28. As Maintenance Planner. Worked on Jack up, Semisumersable drilling Rigs and floating production Rig as Maintenance Planner . Job reporting to Engineering Superintendent. Plan & maintain records of Electrical & Mechanical equipment performance based on running hours. Independently handling Electrical Preventive Maintenance to Generators, Motors, Starters, Welding machines, and Carrier A/C units, Deep-freezers etc. Carry out overhauling on Motors & Starters etc. Check on spares, materials required for maintenance make MRs & report to Engineering Superintendent.
