The candidates who have secured 68 (Sixty eight) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

Inclusion of Register Number in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List Note:2 The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the the application and subsequent claims made will not be

The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required document in person at the time of verification and whose application are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice. SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are required to produce two copies of Community Certificate issued producing before the Public Service Commission. The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O (P) No.117/08/SC/ST/DD dated 19.12.2008 or G.O(P)No.81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 GO(P)No:13232/F3/SC/ST/DD dated.05.10.2009 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above as and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Community Certificate/Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates and such candidates who are included in the supplementary lists will not be considered for this selection if they fail to produce NCLC/CC as the case may be. The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in the due course. According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their answer script after approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification for this post. by the Revenue Authority, for

Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 06.08.2010 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after approval of the Ranked list. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List are advised to refer to the Invalidation Notification No ER XII (2)/1961/2011/EW dated. 24.11.2011.
