DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD

AMERICAN STANDARD energy efficient natural and propane gas commercial water heaters are designed to deliver large amounts of hot water economically on a commercial basis. Light to Medium Duty Storage Models typical applications include large residences, small restaurants, barber and beauty shops, apartments and businesses. Energy-saving Heavy Duty Models are engineered to fill the demand for rapid hourly hot water recovery characteristic of installations in industrial buildings, motels, hotels, hospitals, laundromants, car washes, schools, restaurants and multifamily developments. Vent and top water connection sizes when combined with the choice of rear and front water connect models evince these AMERICAN STANDARD products as universal replacements for other brands. Whether used singly, connected to other units or to storage thanks these models can provide a totally independent hot water system. AMERICAN STANDART commercial tanks are constructed with heavy gauge steel, interiors completely enameled with DURA-GLASTM to resist the corrosive effects of hot water -hyrostatically tested and rated for 150 psi working pressure and protected with multiple longlife anode rods. They are equipped with factory installed Temperature and Pressure Relief Valves, easy access hand-hole cleanouts for inspection or internal tank cleaning, fully adjustable temperature controls to 180 F, non-CFC foam insulation and are American Gas Association design certified and meet or exceed federal and state energy afficiency, recovery and standby loss requirements. AMERICAN STANDARD commercial water heaters are backed with a three year limited warranty on the inner glasslined tank and a one year limited warranty on all other component parts.
