PREFACE

Project work is an essential part of B.B.A. because in project the students develops their personal skills as well as many other skills like communication skills, analytical skills, writing skills etc. ,for rising their overall personality. So, it becomes practical studies for them. Preparing a project is a system of logic where they use their logic sense to find out all the visions of project. As a management student, this work gives the basic knowledge and concept of various managerial functions in the most useful and organized way and thus we cant afford to avoid. This year weve been given a topic for project to survey overall section of TWO-WHEELER In which we need to deal with seven aspects of marketing section which are product, price, place & promotion. Before presenting our project that would likely call a survey rather, we would like to say it is an image of our deep practical studies to whatever we have observed and analyzed.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We have prepared a project report on customer preference for two wheeler automobile company in Gandhinagar city. First of all, the project starts from the introductory part. The introduction to automobiles industry has been described very briefly in the beginning of the project. As his project is on potentiality of two wheeler automobiles industry as, the brief idea about topic is brief described. The main object is to have an idea regarding potentiality of the bikes at Gandhinagar city other objectives of the project report are also being given.

After completion of introduction part, the research design has been drawn, the data collection has been collected through structure questionnaire.

As we have taken customer preference as our prime area. We have totally depends on primary data. Our major instrument to collect primary data was questionnaire. The idea is given about various kinds of automobiles industry in Gandhinagar City.

The main part of our project is data interpretation and findings, as per this chapter we came to the conclusion after analyzing, in two-wheeler segment we found that Honda is a market leader in two-wheeler without gear and Hero-Honda is a market leader in two-wheeler with gear segment.
