How it works
The idea behind the interactive app is that the user has control of where they want to lay the text out in certain sections of each page, this creates thousands of possibilities to layout out the story.

1024-by-768-pixel resolution at 132 pixels per inch. Document size 265 mm by 361 mm

121mm

All the texts starts within the middle coloumn at 46mm, 159mm and 273mm

All the text is centred and the multiple paragraphs are overlayed on top of each other.

15mm The side margins are 15mm which none of the movable text enters as this gives the grid its outer structure.

5mm 78mm

The pull quotes sit within the these gutters situated in each third of the page 121mm and 235mm. The gutters are 4 mm in width, the text sits on the bottom guide of the gutter using it as the baseline.

Page Specification
As one of the criterias for the ISTD competition is to present how you work to the judges I have included some of the ways in which the interactive text works. At first I divided the page into three sections deciding to pull two quotes from the text for each page. I started with one paragraph of text per section but soon realised that there was only limited possibilities with one movable object so I increased the amount of text to, two paragraphs per section.
