Department of Computer Science & Engineering M.Phil (Computer Science) Full time/Part time
Eligibility A candidate who has passed M.Sc. Computer Science of this University or an equivalent examination of other Universities accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent or M.C.A. of this University or any other University accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent or faculty members of the Computer Science Department of the affiliated college of any recognized University accepted by the Syndicate with M.Sc.(Mathematics) & P.G.D.C.A. (or) M.Sc.(Physics) &P.G.D.C.A.with 55% marks.
Entrance Test: Applicants seeking admission to M.Phil are required to appear for an Entrance Test to be conducted by Department of Computer Science & Engineering, M.S. University. Selection: 1. Selection for the M.Phil programme will be made based on the Department entrance test marks & marks scored in the Basic degree. [50% marks from entrance test and 50% marks from the Basic degree]. 2. Reservation of seats as per Tamil Nadu Government norms.
