The Security Intelligence Review Committee, Canadas Spy Watchdog, Covers-it-up

Over the summer I complained to the Security Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC) about Canadas Spy Agencys (CSIS - Canadian Security Intelligence Service) illegal campaign of intimidation, harassment & threats against myself and my wife. Establishment elites use CSIS to persecute whistleblowers and other innocent citizens for private interests. CSIS operates outside the law and shows a heedless unconcern for any form of justice. Sometimes called Zerzetsen, CSIS uses a process of no-touch torture that was developed by the former communist East German secret police the STASI to persecute dissidents without leaving marks. The Canadian media has reported that CSIS itself refers to this illegal program as D & D or Vigorous Harassment and a former senior Canadian Intelligence Officer even wrote some articles about it. Yet amazingly CSISs oversight body, the SIRC, dismissed my complaint on the grounds that CSIS would not do such things. Indeed the SIRC has had a history of covering-up such accusations against CSIS. Other than for my formal written submissions to the SIRC, neither I nor any of my witnesses have ever had any contact with them. The SIRC made no attempt to investigate; yet I was being intimidated and harassed just for complaining about CSIS to the SIRC. Responding to your letter dated Oct 12, 2011 in which you advise me that the Security Intelligence Review Committee has determined that the types of activities which you [i.e. myself] described in your complaint are not activities that were carried out by CSIS. My complaint was that CSIS was carrying-out and/or condoning activities that include: Threats, Intimidation, Harassment, Illegal Surveillance, Illegal Telephone Tapping, Gang Stalking, Character Assassination, and a government cover-up denying justice. Of course, I had expected that my complaint would be whitewashed because of the extent of the cover-up, and because others who made similar complaints against CSIS have also alleged that the SIRC whitewashed them. Recently a UK Magazine (Lobster) that specializes in intelligence matters, and whose disclosures are highly regarded by the mainstream press, published an article headlined CSIS and the CANADIAN STASI. The headline says it all. Indeed the article, which describes the experiences of a former senior Canadian Intelligence operative as a victim of CSIS, goes on to allege that

Canadian Prime Minister Harper was a onetime CSIS Operative which, if true, could explain much. Its internet reference is:

Indeed as reported by Wikileaks the former CSIS head, Mr. Judd, has admitted to a US official that CSIS has been vigorously harassing people in Canada. What is vigorous harassment? Well, harassment is defined under Section 264 of The Criminal Code of Canada - as behavior that must give one good reason to fear for your personal safety. And if the harassment is vigorous, as Mr. Judd apparently contends it is, then thats just the sort of abusive Stasi-style behavior that I and others have complained about. This all started for me with a blacklisting after I chose to leave the, then, Vancouver-based Grosvenor International Holdings. I had been a senior corporate executive with this company which is owned by the Duke of Westminster - a man who according to the mainstream UK press has boasted about his intelligence connections, is a former Deputy Chief of UK Defense Staff, and a very close friend of Prince Charles. A prominent lawyer has said that organization (i.e. Grosvenor) has far too much power I should mention that neither your committee, nor any of your people, has ever met or discussed this with me, or checked with any of my witnesses. As I wrote you on Sep 15, CSIS seems contemptuous of the SIRC since we have been intimidated for making this complaint to you. This leakage did not come from my end as I took steps to keep our correspondence secret, and we have not otherwise communicated with you. Intimidation & harassment relating to my complaining to the SIRC about CSIS

Over the Summer I complained to the SIRC in writing about CSISs illegal campaign of intimidation, harassment and slander. What is shocking is that I was now being intimidated and harassed just for complaining to the SIRC about CSIS - and there are witnesses. Between June 5 - 10 2011 immediately following my formal complaint to the Director, CSIS (1) I was noticeably stalked in Calgary (2) weird telephone calls drew attention to my computer's security 2 days later a computer was annihilated by viruses, and (3) subsequently our communications were cut off. Example: friends, who also know Prime Minister Harper, wrote that they had telephoned but were getting messages saying that our phone was permanently disconnected even though it was working for us. On October 4th the SIRC dismissed my complaint, without ever having met me or discussed this with me or with any of my witnesses - a clear coverup**. Between Oct 6 - 12 the intimidation started again; probably to warn me off further complaining - (4) When my wife went to pick-up her monthly health care prescription she was told that it had been cancelled, which for her could be life threatening. It was reinstated when we complained, and the Ministry couldnt explain how this computer glitch happened - CSIS could though!! And (5) my new computer also started malfunctioning. On Oct 22 the SIRC received my due diligence letter complaining about their cover-up. CSIS seems to have panicked, since there was (6) more SMEARING. On Oct 25, I got a telephone call that indicated that a nasty smear was being falsely created. On Oct 27 in downtown Calgary a hood came up aggressively to me saying pedophile, pedophile, pedophile repeatedly. Since CSIS knows this to be ridiculous, it was probably a threat as to what can happen if they decide to frame you up. I did comment on it; and (7) 2 hours later my mobile phone stopped operating. I purchased a new cell phone from a different operator, and soon (8) the new phone was also malfunctioning, routing incoming calls to someone elses voicemail. I took the phone back. The sales clerks tested it and told me that they had never before sold a phone where this had happened - but then they have probably never sold a phone before to somebody being targeted by CSIS. I am formally bringing my complaint of ongoing persecution by CSIS to your attention, hopefully for resolution or, failing that, to satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of paragraph 41(1)(a) of the CSIS Act. You may well be aware of the gist of this complaint as I have not been silent on the subject; publishing several articles, verbally presenting a research paper to McMaster University, and so much more since I first complained verbally to one of your employees in December 2007. What has happened is that high establishment figures are using the intelligence services to persecute a decent family for private interests. There have been well over 1,000 illegal acts or things done since the illegal process started. Throughout this letter I will refer to this process as Zerzetsen based on the terminology that the former communist East German secret police, the Stasi, used to describe similar behaviour. Many of these illegal acts are fully supported by independent corroborative evidence for verification purposes. Since Zerzetsen is a process of slander, threat and cover-up that goes back 25 years there is a mountain of evidentiary information available to support

Accordingly, rather that list each illegal act or thing done in this letter, I am enclosing a memory stick that includes 5 attachments that list the details and include descriptions of these illegal acts or things done, and I will be referring to these attachments throughout this letter. Our experience of Zerzetsen is summarized on pages 7 to 9 of the Zerzetsen Report under the caption WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A VICTIM OF ZERZETSEN? Please read these pages for an overview. As described, what I am complaining about is a programme of persecution and no touch torture carried out over many years. It goes by various names. Some have called it D&D (Diffuse and Disrupt) or vigorous harassment in Canada; though our experience is that it is substantially more vigorous than CSIS has previously admitted to. In the USA it is sometimes called Cointelpro whose confirmed illegal use by the FBI was a matter of congressional investigation some years ago. In the UK prominent journalists (Sunday Times) have referred to it as Zerzetsen and accused MI5 of using such torture tactics many times. Zerzetsen is not the normal bloodier medieval form of torture that leaves marks, but a more sophisticated Orwellian form of No-touch torture that was developed by the former East German Secret Police the Stasi to persecute dissidents. As the Stasi reported, Zerzetsen is designed to cause prolonged and severe suffering without leaving marks.

As The Boston Center for Refugee Health & Human Rights states Direct threats to him/her or to a relative are by far the most common form of torture. The Center goes on to say - [Zersetzung] could easily, inconspicuously be implemented by democratic systems. Indeed this is what has happened in Canada today. No touch or not, Zerzetsen poisons every aspect of a persons life. It combines character assassination and defamation, with threats & intimidation both different sides of the same Zerzetsen coin.

Evidence of threats, intimidation and harassment

A description of some of the threats and acts of intimidation and harassment that is a subject of this complaint is listed on pages 12 to 37 of the Aid Memoir Document (on the attached memory stick). It is essentially a list of illegal acts or things done. Multiple incidents are listed on pages 12 to 37 of the Aid Memoir under the following categories: 1. Direct Threats: shots fired, myself and children threatened, vehicles run at me or smashed into property, etc. 2. Indirect threats: ongoing gang stalking, criminal harassment, criminal intimidation, street theatre, illegal surveillance, telephone tapping and call interference, computer and email interference to disrupt communications, etc. Literally over 1,000 incidents. 3. Bureaucratic Harassment 90% of the threats (above) that are documented in the Aid Memoir are backed up by one or more items of corroborative evidence for verification purposes. By corroboration I mean other eye witnesses, 3rd party documentation that confirms, or recorded threats / evidence of smashed property, etc. Other threat descriptions are included on pages 47 to 53 of the Zerzetsen Report, and some of the earlier incidents in detail on the GSCI document. There are still further descriptions and additional sources of corroborative evidence identified on the commentary notes within the WIW document. There are two further categories of Zerzetsen. Firstly, the cover-up conspiracy is by itself very threatening since it is a denial of basic justice by the State. Secondly, the 25 year campaign of slander and defamation is the most threatening part of Zerzetsen. It is designed to ostracise one from the

community and to render the victim unemployable and without funds to live on. The Boston Center Direct threats to him/her or to a relative are by far the most common form of torture. One severe act such as threatening ones family members is enough to demonstrate no touch torture, though usually there is a pattern of such acts. We have had both many times over.

Defamation / Character Assassination

All of this started with a professional defamation campaign that commenced after I chose to leave Grosvenor International (then based in Vancouver), despite their repeated requests that I stay on. Some of Grosvenors links to the intelligence community are documented in the reports. The defamation campaign is referred to in pages 2 to 4, 9 to 11 and 44 of the Aid Memoir, and reported on pages 26 through 30 of the Zerzetsen Report. Details of the defamation are included throughout all the documents, with considerably references in the GSCI document. The defamation and character assassination that still continues today is as much a part of the criminal conspiracy as it is a civil matter. In other cases it has been reported that Targets usually experience character assassination which is done to destroy their personal and professional life. Not by any means a normal slandering, it has much of the appearance of a hate crime and is designed to render the victim impoverished and ostracized from all contacts. Indeed destroying a person's finances in an attempt to promote homelessness is common in Zerzetsen. In the book Bordergate - Ms. Nunn is quoted as saying - "Both of us were forced to move back home with our parents or be forced into homelessness since we could not obtain employment to support ourselves."

The Cover-up Conspiracy

And then there is OMERTA a silence; a shut down of all forms of help; a high level cover-up conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by ensuring that the Zerzetsen crimes are never investigated. In some cases the coverup is deliberate wrongdoing, in others probably the result of wilful blindness. A summary of the cover-up is on pages 5 to 8 of the Aid Memoir with more detailed information on a few of these items on pages 31 to 46 of the Zerzetsen Report

The cover-up is blatant. All the cover-up items mentioned are backed up by clear corroborative evidence (sometimes multiple sources) for verification purposes. Considering the extent of the cover-up conspiracy, one is tempted to draw the old policemans conclusion - what have they got to hide?

Proof of CSIS Involvement

As both documents show, each of the above 14 points is backed by numerous independent sources of corroborative evidence to verify. Significant additional evidence is referenced in the WIW Document under the heading Role of MI5, MI6, CSIS Intelligence Agencies in Zerzetsen, and there is further corroborative evidence not documented that I will be happy to provide in a personal meeting. And then of course there is the cover-up conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by ensuring that my well-witnessed complaints are not honestly

investigated. Governments do not cover-up to protect crime gangs; they cover-up to protect their own intelligence and security services. Indeed it would be impossible for these types of activities to happen in Canada for 25 years without being conducted, or at the very least, condoned by CSIS. The highly sophisticated telephone tapping, email interference, mail interceptions in Canada are just one ongoing series of events that point clearly to CSIS, as is the evidence of bureaucratic harassment, the cover-up and so much else, etc.. At the very least these items are being condoned by CSIS which is tantamount to involvement. Taken together these 14 points and the evidence of cover-up by the State, demonstrates an overwhelming pattern of the involvement of CSIS, at least in Canada, where this Zerzetsen conspiracy started and still continues.

Cross Border Conspiracy

In 2001 my family and I fled from Canada to the UK to put this Canadian Zerzetsen persecution behind us; only to find that the borders were seamless and that the threats and conspiracy had followed us into the UK. Indeed the conspiracy is so powerful that we couldnt run away from it. Several years later I returned to Canada and the threats returned again with me. My personal opinion would be that, in the UK, MI5/6 had taken over the Zerzetsen process under the intelligence/security agreements that CSIS is known to have with them. It is immaterial which way around; since the threats in both countries are all part and parcel of the same conspiracy that began and continues in Canada. The entire body of threats needs to be considered together in proving the nature and extent of this conspiracy since they are all clearly related to the same Zerzetsen conspiracy. That is why I have included the UK threats and proof thereof since, whether or not CSIS carried out these UK threats, they are part of the same conspiracy that began with a professional defamation and character assassination campaign in Canada in 1986. Indeed there are numerous examples that show ongoing collusion between intelligence agencies in both countries in several of the same threat sequences. Here are four of many such examples from the Aid Memoir document: 1. On page 15 under the caption Skidding Truck Incident I describe how I was threatened in Calgary on Sunday 6 March 2011 as a result of my

emailing The Washington Post about threats made in the UK several years before that are also outlined on page 15 under the caption The Guardian 2. On page 16 it describes how my daughter was threatened and manhandled in Calgary in 2006 as a result of an email (and phone call) I had sent her from the UK. 3. On pages 21 and 22, as part of the same series of incidents under the caption McMaster University Confirmation, I describe how my wife was intimidated in Calgary and our son mugged in the UK. 4. On pages 8 and 22, I describe how on March 4, 2010 my wife and I were intimidated in Calgary as a result of my comments earlier that day on a European Blog about CSIS interfering with the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Conclusion
I have used the word Zerzetsen to describe this process of no touch torture because the Stasi documented it so well. Zerzetsen goes by many different names, and it is not for nothing that some people have called Zerzetsen - the hidden evil. Four basic questions that ask for explanations are posed on page 2 of the Aid Memoir document. These questions and their answers summarize what this complaint is about. The Zerzetsen formula used follows these steps First to slander Then to threaten and harass Then to cover it up by ensuring no honest investigation takes place Then to say you are nuts when you complain about the cover-up. I am not a lawyer, but it seems that at the very least the following criminal offences have been committed repeatedly in Canada. Threats (section 423 Criminal Code of Canada) Intimidation (section 423) Assault (section 265) Criminal harassment (section 264) Torture (section 269.1 also breaches UN Convention) Hate Crime (sections 318, 319) Criminal Conspiracy (section 465 (1) C) Equality before the Law (Charter section 15), and Magna Carta Criminal Defamation re Conspiracy Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedom (sections 7, 12, and 15) Misconduct in Public Office

There is a considerable body of independent eyewitnesss testimony and other corroborative evidence available for verification purposes. Some of this evidence is listed in the enclosed Reports alongside the descriptions of the illegal acts or things done, and some of this evidence is letters and documents from 3rd parties that are on internet files whose URL links are also referenced to in the enclosed Reports**. As one expects, where intimidation is a factor, there are also further confidential sources of corroboration beyond those identified in the documentation, which I will happily explain in person to an honest investigation. Do Canadian Citizens have a right to rule of law and equal treatment by the law; Does CSIS represent Canadian values as a whole, or just the vested interests of powerful elites? Character Assassination, Threats, Intimidation, Harassment, Illegal Surveillance, Telephone Tapping, Gang Stalking and a government cover-up denying justice for two decades!! This Zerzetsen program has been going on for years, and has produced a mountain of corroborative evidence. The essence of this complaint is provable even without my own testimony. What I am asking for is an honest and thorough investigation into my wellwitnessed complaints. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,

I am bringing my complaint of ongoing persecution by CSIS to the attention of your Security Intelligence Review Committee, hopefully for resolution. I should also mention your Senior Counsels earlier correspondence to me of May 16, 2011 - Your file ref. 1500-446 As required to satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of paragraph 41 of the CSIS Act, I enclose the following: 1. My 8-page letter of complaint to the Director CSIS dated May 30, 2011. I am also enclosing a duplicate of a memory stick that was included with this letter. It contains five attachments that form part of the letter and complaint. 2. A letter from CSIS dated June 15, 2011, and received July 8, 2011, from Mr. R. Andrew Ellis, Assistant Director, Policy and Strategic Partnerships, Canadian Security Intelligence Service. My complaint of ongoing persecution by CSIS is outlined in detail in my letter of May 30th to CSIS (see 1, above), and its attachments. Its about years of Character Assassination, Threats, Intimidation, Harassment, Illegal Surveillance, Illegal Telephone Tapping, Gang Stalking and a government cover-up denying justice for two decades. What has happened is that high establishment figures are using CSIS to persecute a decent family for private interests.

There have been well over 1,000 illegal acts or things done since this process started, many of which are independently witnessed. In his letter of June 15, Mr. Ellis writes CSIS is not involved in, or responsible for, the events you have described. Mr. Elliss statement is not in accordance with the facts. In my documentation I refer to this process of persecution as Zerzetsen. Others have also called it - no-touch torture, D and D (diffuse and disrupt), Zersetzung, Vigorous Harassment, Hidden Evil, Cointelpro, etc. Proof of CSIS Involvement May I draw your attention to my complaint letter to CSIS? In particular I would ask you to review the 14 points that are summarized on page 6. Each of these points is backed by a mountain of corroborative evidence that I would be happy to review with you at your convenience. Taken together what the 14 points clearly prove is the involvement of a highly sophisticated intelligence service in these crimes against Canadian Citizens in Canada, provable beyond a reasonable doubt. This persecution began and continues in Canada. It has also happened in the UK - see my comment Cross Border Conspiracy - and indeed their own intelligence service could also commit these crimes and they probably have in the UK; but not in Canada without the knowledge and acquiescence of CSIS. As you are aware CSIS and the UKs MIs have strategic partnership agreements that require close cooperation between them. Indeed, it is impossible for these types of crimes to happen in Canada for 25 years without being conducted or, at the very least, condoned by CSIS (i.e. approved by CSIS) since so many other Canadian organizations are involved. Organizations cooperate with their own intelligence services (CSIS in Canada) since they believe that is the patriotic thing to do; equally they dont work for foreign services since that is spying with serious consequences. The highly sophisticated telephone tapping, email interference, mail interceptions in Canada are just one ongoing series of events that point clearly to involvement of CSIS, as is the evidence of what I call bureaucratic harassment, the cover-up conspiracy in Canada and so much else, etc.. Indeed many of these incidents require the cooperation of other Canadian organizations with CSIS, for example: telephone tapping with the phone companies; bureaucratic harassment with Alberta Ministries, etc - so the proof of CSISs involvement is there to be found. Taken together these 14 points, and the evidence of cover-up by the State, demonstrate an overwhelming pattern of the involvement of CSIS, at least in Canada, where this Zerzetsen conspiracy started and continues today.

Though the evidence shows that CSIS is actively responsible for these illegal acts, one should also consider the doctrine of wilful blindness. At the very least the evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that these crimes against Canadian Citizens in Canada are being condoned by CSIS, and condoning illegal acts of this nature is tantamount to involvement. My Request The Zerzetsen formula used by CSIS follows these steps First to slander Then to threaten and harass Then to cover it up by ensuring no honest investigation takes place Then to say you are nuts when you complain about the cover-up. There is a considerable body of independent eyewitness testimony and other corroborative evidence available for verification purposes. I want to emphasize that the essence of this complaint is provable even without my own testimony. These are very serious evidence-based accusations against CSIS. This matter has been extensively covered-up, and provably so. Police, Politicians are scared of CSIS and the Elites behind this issue. I should just mention that I would be surprised if some attempt was not made to bring pressures to bear on the SIRC. Thank you for your letter dated August 5, 2011 in which you ask if I wish to make any further comments regarding the SIRCs jurisdiction to investigate. My representations in support of my complaint against CSIS pursuant to Section 41 of the CSIS act are covered in my earlier letter (and the enclosures that were attached with it) to the SIRC dated July 28, 2011, and in my detailed correspondence to CSIS (of May 30, 2011) of which you have a copy. It is very clear from this documentation that the SIRC has jurisdiction to investigate this complaint. Parliament has given CSIS extraordinary powers to intrude on the privacy of individuals. A purpose of the SIRC is to ensure that these powers are used legally and appropriately. In my case CSIS has grossly abused these powers. What the evidence shows is that high establishment figures are using CSIS to persecute a decent family for private interests. Under section 41(1) of the CSIS Act, you have jurisdiction to investigate complaints relating to illegal acts or things done by the service (i.e. CSIS), and there is no other grievance procedure available to me as defined under section 41 (2).

As you know the illegal acts or things done that my complaint is about under Section 41 are years of Character Assassination, Threats, Intimidation, Harassment, Illegal Surveillance, Illegal Telephone Tapping, Gang Stalking and a government cover-up denying justice for two decades. I will refer to this process as Zerzetsen. There are over 1,000 incidents as outlined in my May 30th correspondence to CSIS and my subsequent letter to the SIRC of July 28th. I wont reiterate the arguments developed in this other correspondence, except to say that there is verifiable proof many times over of illegal acts having been done, and unfortunately of a cover-up conspiracy in Canada to pervert the course of justice. In my letters of May 30th and July 28, 2011, I included the heading Proof of CSIS Involvement. Rather than restate these arguments again here, may I refer you to these letters. As my letter (and attachments) to The Director, CSIS dated May 30, 2011 outlines - these numerous abusive incidents started in Canada and continue in Canada, but there is also evidence of involvement overseas. In some cases, under the caption Cross Border Conspiracy (see May 30th letter to CSIS), there are incidents that show ongoing collusion between intelligence agencies in another country in several of the same threat sequences. Indeed it may be that MI5 and/or MI6 are also involved as co-conspirators which would prove an illegal use of Section 17 (1) (b), where CSIS may enter into an arrangement or otherwise cooperate with the government of a foreign state or an institution thereof. Indeed all of the overseas incidents are part and parcel of the same overall conspiracy You have jurisdiction to investigate illegal acts or things done by CSIS. There is (a) significant evidence of illegal acts and things done in Canada and overseas, which can be verified by an investigator and (b) evidence of involvement by CSIS in these illegal acts that can also be verified by an investigation. Indeed while acts undertaken overseas may be the responsibility of that countrys legal system, such as it is, in any criminal process, where these acts can reasonably be shown to be part of a wider conspiracy that involves CSIS, acting illegally against innocent Canadian citizens, then all incidents insofar as they may provide evidence of an illegal conspiracy that CSIS is a party to, should also fall into your jurisdiction. CSIS does not have the lawful right, either working on its own or as a co-conspirator with other intelligence agencies, to be a party to an illegal conspiracy that threatens innocent Canadian citizens anywhere. I have complied with the other jurisdictional provisions of Section 41 of the Act as outlined in the 3rd paragraph of my letter to SIRC dated July 28, 2011.

It is clear from the facts that the SIRC has jurisdiction to investigate and, indeed, responsibilities in this matter. There is a considerable body of independent eyewitness testimony and other corroborative evidence available for verification purposes. I should emphasize that the essence of this complaint is provable from other evidence, even without requiring my own testimony. Cover-up I am not a lawyer, and dont have the advantage of experienced legal assistance since one of the purposes of Zerzetsen is to bankrupt their victims. However, I would like to emphasize that the evidence also shows that these issues have been extensively covered-up, and provably so. As often is the case its not just the act, its the cover-up that pins them. The very existence of a cover-up is itself an admission of some level of guilt. The cover-up can be verified and is outlined in part in the documentation. Though it includes multiple cases where wilful blindness can be proved, the proof of cover-up goes far beyond that. Police, Politicians (and indeed lawyers) are scared of CSIS and the Elites behind this issue. As one prominent Canadian banker said to me how could they let this get so far? Change of Address / New Address We are moving during the week beginning September 25, so our address is changing. Contempt of CSIS for this review process As CSIS seems contemptuous of this process, I would be very surprised if an attempt was not made to pressure the SIRC in some way, or introduce evidence in camera (without my knowing of it) that I could disprove if I had known of it. As with other Zerzetsen cases, there have been sophisticated lies circulating about me in the past, and I am often the last to hear them; please just work on the principal that as I have never done anything wrong, I can disprove any statement to the contrary. How contemptuous of this process are CSIS? Well, in the week beginning June 5th just following CSISs receipt of my complaint to their Director of May

30th, I was clearly under open surveillance (i.e. open, so I would know it and feel threatened) in Calgary, and there was also another sequence of incidents in early June which are provable because they can be independently confirmed. Indeed, just last week, an independent 3rd party told us that she had telephoned us several times in August, and each time got a message saying (our) telephone number discontinued. Our telephone is working and this has happened many times before; it is CSIS interfering with our communications by monitoring incoming calls and redirecting the ones they dont want my spouse and I to receive. As the documentation shows, there is a long and provable history of interference with our communications telephone, email, post - and it appears to be continuing unabated. Despite my formal complaint it is business as usual for CSIS; they are a law unto themselves and seem to have a heedless unconcern about any form of justice.
