Introduction to the topic:

The project need to be developed keeping in view the most modern and sophisticated developments in the management of Retail Market. Timeliness devotion and extensive research is required into the creation of this software which enables complex procedures of Retail Chain to be handled at the touch of a button thus effectively managing time, delivering with speed, being cost effective, reducing paper work, minimizing chances of errors in calculations and most of all being totally safe and secure. The software must be user friendly and modules knitted together should be Product Info, Stock Inward-Outward, Invoices, and Inventory Management System. The purpose of project is to keep information of whole Inventory Management. It has to maintain the records of the Products, Stock Transfer, and Invoices etc. The system should be capable of preparing and maintaining the Reports of Sales, Stock Transfer and Stock. The Main motive of this software is to maintain Hafed Employee Record and keeping eye on Govt Employee Day purchases. Hafed Employee has limited purchase value for Daily, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly. As far Govt Employees having only one day limit can purchase up to limited amount. About Retail Customer, Non-Hafed and Non-Government can purchase unlimited, there is no limitation.
