AO #4262 OBSERVED AP1 AND AP2 THROW THE CONTENTS OF THE CUPS ONTO THE WINDOW AND SURROUNDING WALL OF COMP'S PROPERTY. RP, WHO IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMP, ESTIMATED THE DAMAGE TO BE APPROXIMATELY $3000.00. AP1 AND AP2 WERE ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO LEW STERRETT JAIL WITHOUT INCIDENT. PES PROCESSED THE SCENE WITH PHOTOGRAPHS OF AP1, AP2, AND THE DAMAGE TO COMP'S PROPERTY. PES TOOK CUSTODY OF PAINT SUPPLIES AND A JUG CONTAINING MORE OF THE RED LIQUID. END OF ELEMENTS
