Once you have the Org. Chart in place Its time to write the position description and position contract for each person to fill each positions Now you really have to start to think about who will be responsible for doing each and every task Who will be accountable for achieving each and every goal ? And, who will report to whom ? Dividing the tasks and the responsibilities is a great start Most position contracts and position/job descriptions will follow the same format

Leverage KPIs
Now its time to add Key Performance Indicators to each position Generally think about the 6 tasks or outcomes you want them to be measured on most Also, think about how they can earn bonuses in each position Need a measure for EVERY position Not good enough to say well its hard to measure their performance Everyone needs to be reviewed Then add KPIs for departments Again, different now from Mastery
