Effort to halt government WTC7 investigation

launched
March 1, 2007 The following Request for Correction was e-mailed to the National Institute of Standards
and Technology on February 28, 2007. It will be certified mailed on March 1, 2007. Attorney Jerry
Leaphart has informed me that he will work on the legal papers for an injunction this weekend.
The subject matter within this Request for Correction and pending filing for injunction is purposeful. The
reader might be tempted to conclude that many other contradictions found within the government
investigation of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7 should have been referenced in this Request for Correction. I
can assure you that great thought went into this effort and it mirrors the advice of counsel. What some
might conclude as too narrow is actually advantageous to achieving the goal the truth.

This is a matter involving the information that has been disseminated that serves a useful purpose of
making sure that the ongoing investigation of what caused the destruction of World Trade Center
building number 7 (WTC7) complies with data and information quality standards. For all of the reasons
set forth below in conjunction with specific requests for correction, such standards are in significant
danger of being utterly and completely violated.
This request is submitted by Edward F. Haas (requester). My address, telephone number and email
address are as set forth above. In addition, Attorney Jerry V. Leaphart represents me in this matter. I
request that all subsequent replies be sent to both me and to my counsel whose contact information is set
forth below.
The requests for correction of information submitted hereunder are submitted under Section 515 of
Public Law 106-554.
The particular information disseminated that is the subject of the request consists in:
CORRECTION REQUEST ISSUE 1
The information is identified and known as "Federal Building and Fire Safety Investigation of the World
Trade Center Disaster WTC 7 Technical Approach and Status Summary" and is dated as December 12,
2006. (Information Item No. 1)

Requester obtained the information from and after December 12, 2006 from the said web page. It is

understood and acknowledged that said information has been disseminated so as to provide a status of an
ongoing investigation, and that said investigation is seriously imperiled by the incorporation of
information that requires, at a minimum, the corrections set forth and requested hereunder.
Requester submits this request on behalf of himself and other similarly situated persons. Requester is a
citizen of the United States and maintains a web site for the accurate dissemination and propagation of
governmental information. Requesters business is in the nature of a research and journalistic
organization that has succeeded in providing citizens of the United States with timely information
concerning the function and the operation of various governmental agencies that are charged by their
enabling legislation, rules and regulations of conducting certain duties in and for the public interest, of
which and about which each citizen has a vital interest.
As indicated, this request is to be understood as being submitted by requester in his said capacity and
either additionally or alternatively on behalf of other similarly situated persons who are too numerous to
quantify or specifically name. Requester is adversely affected by the ongoing threat of promulgation of
information that is in need of correction because the present course of action may result in the further
concealment of serious wrongdoing.
Specifically, Information Item No. 1 fails to comply with applicable information quality guidelines and
standards in a number of particular ways, including, but not limited to inclusion of the following
demonstrably false statement found at page 11 of Information Item No. 1:
NIST is analyzing scenarios for the event that initiated the collapse of WTC 7. As a part of this
work, NIST is considering whether hypothetical blast events could have played a role in initiating
the collapse. While NIST has found no evidence of a blast or controlled demolition event, NIST will
estimate the magnitude of hypothetical blast scenarios that could have led to the structural failure
of one or more critical elements as a result of blast. (Bold emphasis added)
Requester asserts that the quoted information is demonstrably false and misleading and must be
corrected, together with other information that, at present, also contains false and misleading statements.
Said information is false in and as a result of the following particulars:
NISTs NCSTSAR 1 report, issued in or about the month of October 2005, contains the following
statement that must be deemed applicable to the ongoing investigation of what caused the 6.6-second
destruction of WTC building 7 and to Information Item No. 1:
NIST found no corroborating evidence for alternative hypotheses suggesting that the WTC towers
were brought down by controlled demolition using explosives planted prior to September 11, 2001.
(Bold emphasis added)
It is to be noted that NCSTAR 1 repeats the above quoted phrase in no fewer than three widely separated
passages of that document; namely: pgs xxxvii, 146, and 176, respectively.
Separate and apart from an analysis of the context in which the quoted statement is to be found, there
exists a profound difference between the quoted statement and the statement that is now found in
connection with the ongoing work of determining what caused the symmetrical, 6.6 second destruction of
WTC 7 and quoted above; namely, the quoted statement from page 11 of Information Item No. 1 that
completely contradicts the quoted portion of NCSTAR 1. For purposes of clarity and ease of comparison
the two different and mutually contradictory statements are set forth below, one right after the other:
Pg. xxxvii of NCSTAR 1 states:
NIST found no corroborating evidence for alternative hypotheses suggesting that the WTC towers were
brought down by controlled demolition using explosives planted prior to September 11, 2001.
But, Pg. 11 of "Federal Building and Fire Safety Investigation of the World Trade Center Disaster WTC
7 Technical Approach and Status Summary of December 12, 2006 states, in specifically relevant part:
While NIST has found no evidence of a blast or controlled demolition event&
It is seen, therefore, that NIST is making a decidedly different claim now where the previously published
concept of no corroborating evidence of a certain, specifically limited type of controlled demolition;
namely, a controlled demolition brought about by a highly specific factual subset explosives planted
prior to September 11, 2001 has been morphed, changed and broadened far beyond what NIST

previously said lacked corroboration into a blanket statement that NIST has found no evidence of a blast
or controlled demolition event.
That statement is false and must be corrected.
The distinctions here articulated are significant and substantial. They make a difference.
The statement corroborating evidence, by definition, indicates there was some evidence of controlled
demolition as, indeed, the <10-second,>
NIST, then, should correct NCSTAR 1 by articulating what evidence it had that it could not corroborate.
Thus, this request for correction should be understood to entail, contain and include a request for
correction of NCSTAR 1 in conjunction with and as a necessary adjunct to the correction of Information
Item No. 1 that pertains to the ongoing investigation of the destruction of WTC 7.
NIST has also plainly acknowledged that it did not investigate what it defined as the event of collapse
as is plainly admitted in footnote 2 of the Executive Summary of NCSTAR 1 where the following
quotation is to be found:
"The focus of the investigation was on the sequence of events from the instance of aircraft impact
to the initiation of collapse for each tower. For brevity in this report, this sequence is referred to as
the "probable collapse sequence," although it does not actually include the structural behavior of
the tower after the conditions for collapse initiation were reached and collapse became inevitable."
[See NCSTAR 1, pgs xxxvii, footnote 2 and/or 82, footnote 13] (Bold emphasis added)
Thus, it is quite clear that had NIST claimed there was no evidence of controlled demolition of the
WTC towers, NCSTAR 1 would have been criminally fraudulent on its face had it attempted, on one
hand, to acknowledge no investigation was done of what occurred during the actual destruction phase of
the buildings and then claimed, on the other, that it lacked evidence of what it did not investigate.
Indeed, one reason why NIST could not corroborate evidence of controlled demolition is that it did not
look for it. This is something that NIST must now specifically acknowledge so as not to continue
misleading the public.
Accordingly, let this request for correction also serve to place NIST on notice that any further refusal by
NIST to acknowledge that it cannot rule out the possibility of controlled demolition or otherwise state
that it has found no evidence of controlled demolition in a context that suggests that it had looked for and
did not find such evidence may be considered as indicative of fraud and of deception.
NIST cannot now state it has found no evidence of controlled demolition because that is decidedly not
what it previously stated; and, in any event, having not looked for such evidence in the time and place
where it might have been found, NIST must further correct the record.
In furtherance of the burden of proof that I, the affected person, have in this correction request, I hereby
state that the ordinary meaning of the words and the phrase corroborating evidence as taken from the
American Heritage Dictionary where the entry for corroborating states, and I quote: cor·rob·o·rate tr.v.
cor·rob·o·rat·ed, cor·rob·o·rat·ing, cor·rob·o·rates: To strength or support with other evidence, make
more certain. See Synonyms at confirm.
Strengthen and support with other evidence. NIST cannot continue on its present fraudulent path. It is
fraud to now say there was no evidence of controlled demolition when NIST previously stated something
entirely different.
This conflict in publicly disseminated information compels NIST to issue a correction forthwith.
In its investigation of the destruction of WTC1 and WTC2, NIST failed to explore a controlled
demolition hypothesis. Presumably, NIST did not pursue a controlled demolition hypothesis during its
WTC1 and WTC2 investigation because it maintained that it had found no corroborating evidence of a
blast or controlled demolition event. However, NIST claims that it is considering whether hypothetical
blast events could have played a role in initiating the destruction of WTC7. This is suspect and demands
correction. In regard to the WTC7 investigation NIST maintains:
While NIST has found no evidence of a blast or controlled demolition event, NIST will estimate the
magnitude of hypothetical blast scenarios that could have led to the structural failure of one or more

critical elements as a result of blast.

In order to do that, NIST will have to revisit NCSTAR 1 and undertake an analysis of what happened
during the 10-second destruction of the twin towers, something it did not previously do. It cannot
reasonably set up hypothetical blast scenarios that disregard what actually happened.
This, then, takes us into a second request for correction, as follows.
CORRECTION REQUEST ISSUE 2
The particular information disseminated that is the subject of this request consists in:
That certain information disseminated as solicitation number SB1341-06-Q-0186, which resulted in the
issuance of a fixed price purchase order awarded by the federal government to Applied Research
Associates, Inc. (ARA) of Albuquerque, New Mexico in or about March, 2006. (Information Item No. 2)

understood and acknowledged that said information has been disseminated so as to comply with a
requirement that contracts awarded to third party contractors may be known to the public and for other
reasons, including, by way of example, the ability to request corrections.
Requester submits this request on behalf of himself and other similarly situated persons. Requester is a

governmental information. Requesters business is in the nature of a research and journalistic

Specifically, Information Item No. 2 fails to comply with applicable information quality guidelines and
standards in a number of particular ways, including, but not limited to the fact that an inherent and
definite conflict of interest arises as a result of the scope of work set out in Information Item No. 2.
The investigation of what caused the destruction of WTC7 has been compromised by the conclusions
reached by NIST in its WTC1 and WTC2 investigation conclusions that indicated, as quoted above, and
as summarized here, that evidence of controlled demolition could not be corroborated.
A controlled demolition conclusion at WTC7 would indeed challenge the integrity of the WTC1 / WTC2
collapse sequence report. The fact that many of the same scientists, experts, subcontractors, and
associates responsible for the WTC1 / WTC2 conclusions are now working on the WTC7 investigation
creates a conflict of interest concern because of inherent pressure to conform the outcome of the
investigation of what caused the destruction of WTC 7 to that which they indicated caused the initiation
of (but not actual destruction of) destruction of WTC 1,2...
In solicitation number SB1341-06-Q-0186 to Applied Research Associates, Inc. it states:
Research involving human subjects is not permitted under this award unless expressly authorized by in
writing by the NIST Contracting Officer.
Under GSA Contract number GS23F0278M, NIST Order No. SB1341-06-8-0539, as a firm fixed price
effort, has been awarded to APPLIED RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC. (ARA) of Albuquerque, New
Mexico, to append the following tasks to the original contract awarded on March 31, 2006
(SB1341-06-Q-0186). Under the appended tasks, the ARA (1) shall conduct analyses of impact damage
and fire effects to provide candidate initiating events, which may lead to structural failures and global
collapse, and (2) shall determine if there is any scenario of a hypothetical blast event or events that could
have occurred in WTC 7 on September 11, 2001.

This study will reportedly be managed from the Silicon Valley Office of ARA that specializes in finite
element analysis and nonlinear structural dynamics under blast and impact loading, impact and
penetration mechanics, failure analysis, and blast effects and the analysis of progressive collapse in
buildings. ARA is partnering with Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. (SGH) of Waltham, Massachusetts,
to conduct the appended tasks, and with Loizeaux Group International (LGI), the consulting services
branch of Controlled Demolition Incorporated (CDI) of Phoenix, Maryland.
SGH is an engineering firm that specializes in design, investigation and retrofit of buildings and
structures of all types. SGH has expertise in building structures, materials, and investigations and
conducted the thermal-structural response analyses of each WTC tower, as part of their contract for the
WTC towers investigation.
Loizeaux Group International (LGI) has expertise in a wide range of demolition, explosion and
explosives-associated technology. This includes explosive processes and their direct and collateral effects
of blast and resulting vibration, projectiles, and overpressure. They have conducted investigations
involving commercial explosives, terrorist devices, commercial gas, and industrial accidents involving
dusts, hot metals, and combustion processes.
The fact that ARA, SGH, and LGI are prohibited from interviewing human subjects unless expressly
authorized in writing by the NIST Contracting Officer calls into question the quality, utility, objectivity,
integrity, and transparency of the hypothetical blast scenario research. Indeed, much of the anecdotal
information available to me confirms that there are both eyewitnesses to controlled demolition,
consisting in people who have made public statements that they either heard and saw explosions and/or
heard countdowns and then saw a destruction event that looked, well, controlled. Furthermore, more
recently, evidence of controlled demolition has been made public consisting in video footage indicating a
major news source, the British Broadcasting Company (BBC), aired a claim that WTC7 had collapsed
several minutes before it actually did. Indeed, some video indicates a verbal claim of collapse with the
building still standing in the background.
It has long been known that a key person, Larry Silverstein, a principal owner of property interests in the
World Trade Center complex, indicated, in substance that a decision was made to pull that is
demolish WTC 7.
That key investigators cannot interview such persons, without going through administrative hoops is
absurd. Moreover, in at least one of these instances, advance knowledge that WTC 7 was to be
demolished might well lead to criminal charges. NIST contractors such as ARA, SGH, and LGI are not
qualified to conduct criminal investigations or criminal interviews or criminal interrogations.
Thus, not only is there an inherent conflict of interest in that some or all of these same parties were
involved in the investigation of WTC1 and WTC2 that could not find corroborating evidence of
controlled demolition, thus preordaining the same outcome for the WTC7 investigation, there is the
possibility these contractors could taint a criminal investigation.
There is yet another problem.
Any evidence of a controlled demolition might, conceivably implicate one or more of the sub-contractors
because some of them are entities that have expertise in controlled demolitions. For example, let us
consider Controlled Demolition Inc., or one or more of its employees, past and present, and its
subcontractors. The universe of individuals having the capability to carryout controlled demolition work
is somewhat limited. Such skills are not generally found among the general population.
The range of people who could carryout such demolitions are necessarily limited. Upon information and
belief, CDI carries out more than 70% of all controlled demolitions conducted in the US.
It stands to reason that past and present employees of CDI could be parties of interest to any criminal
investigator investigating a controlled demolition event at WTC7 because these people clearly possess
the technical expertise to pull any structure by controlled demolition.
I, as a requester, do not have to elaborate this issue overmuch. The potential conflict is clear and apparent
and cries out for correction.
To continue to allow a hypothetical blast event investigation within the WTC7 investigation, done by the
current crop of subcontractors demonstrates a lack of quality, utility, objectivity, integrity, and
transparency within the investigation that is clear, apparent and incontrovertible.

NIST, ARA, SGH, and LGI, the consulting branch of CDI, are not qualified to conduct a proper
investigation of whether or not a controlled demolition of WTC7 occurred. The fact that ARA, SGH, and
LGI are prohibited from interviewing human subjects unless expressly authorized in writing by the NIST
Contracting Officer calls into question the quality, utility, objectivity, integrity, and transparency of the
hypothetical blast scenario research in its own right. Moreover, even if they were allowed to do so, or
granted permission to do so, another confounding variable exists because those parties should not be
permitted to taint a possible criminal investigation.
ARA, SGH, and LGI are not qualified to conduct criminal investigations or criminal interviews or
criminal interrogations. Controlled Demolition Inc., its employees past and present, and its
subcontractors would be a parties of interest to any criminal investigator investigating a controlled
demolition event at WTC7 because these people clearly possess the technical expertise to pull any
structure by controlled demolition. From a criminal investigation standpoint, CDI would have to be
cleared of suspicion prior to being solicited to assist in the investigation.
NIST, ARA, SGH, and LGI must cease their hypothetical blast scenario investigation forthwith because
continuing with it is hopelessly tainted, compromised and damaged, and NIST must acknowledge as
much.
By copy of this Correction Request to my counsel, Jerry V. Leaphart of Jerry V. Leaphart and
Associates, P.C., I hereby request that he file for an injunction preventing NIST from going forward with
any further issuance of any report on what caused the 6.6 second destruction of WTC 7 pending the
resolution of this Correction Request.

Down on the Farm

Any farmer can tell you that their success is in managing. There are all kinds of farms, but success still
comes back to managing. On large farms hired hands are used to supervise livestock. Various means are
employed, but the usual method for management on animal farms is food control. Animals respond very
well to food. We the people are managed, and in that respect we are much like livestock. Who manages
us? The people who control our money! Money controls our food, medicine, clothes, cars, houses&you
name it. Gain control over creating and distributing money and you will run a successful people farm.
But, what if the word gets out? That could be a real problem for maintaining control down on the farm. It
can be a delicate operation to keep the secret. A special plan may be needed for keeping things quiet and
a reward to match for those that do, like an occasional pat on the head&something like you give your dog
for bringing you the newspaper. Speaking of newspapers:

Most people in the media belong to a pathetic group of bootlickers, suck-ups and wannabes. Our world,
thanks to them is a mere product of David Rockefellers and his ilks world plan.
Have you ever asked yourself how possible freedom would be without money? Just think about it for a
few seconds.
If you dont agree that money is fundamental to freedom and independence try exercising your
independence without it. Back to reality, an honest system of money is the very foundation to the
existence of our republic and its principals of freedom. So convinced of this (moneys critical role in our
freedom), our founders blue-printed a formula for it in the main body of our Constitution: Congress shall
have the power to coin money, regulate the value thereof; and of foreign coin& U.S Constitution Article
I § 8 part 5
Fifty years after Article 1 § 8 part 5 was proclaimed, one of our greatest presidents reaffirmed its
necessity for remaining free by stating: If Congress has the right under the Constitution (Article I § 8
part 5) to issue paper money, it was given them to be used by themselves, not to be delegated to
individuals or to corporations. Andrew Jackson
The essence of our lost freedom in the U.S.A: Our elected representatives have made a fatal error that has
brought the U.S. to the brink of destruction. Congress, instead of coining/originating money, per the
constitution, (a privilege and responsibility mandated for them alone), has unconstitutionally delegated
profit motivated private bankers to oversee the financial welfare of U.S citizens. Its not just coincidental
that Nelson Aldrich, chief architect of the1913 Federal Reserve Act, was the father in-law of John D.
Rockefeller, David Rockefellers grandfather.
The Federal Reserve Bank is a private, for profit lending institution which creates our nations money
while imposing interest on every Federal Reserve note they lend. But, dont take my word for it; listen
to the explanation given by the Federal Reserve:
Thats right Banks create money. (Through a process called fractional banking) Suppose for example
that somebody borrows $90 and pays a bill with it. Whoever receives the $90 payment is likely to deposit
it in another bank which can lend $81. Whoever receives the payment will deposit it in another bank,
which will lend $72& Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Public Information Department, 33 Liberty
St., New York, NY.
Private banks, e.g., can create $1,000 from a mere $100 deposit by using the above formula. The banks
are creating what they lend, charging interest on what they create. Wow! The potential for profit within
the Federal Reserve Bank is not only present, it is virtually limitless.
One of the worlds most powerful and wealthy men, Mayer Rothschild, stated: Give me the power to
issue a nations money and I care not who writes its laws.
A quick lesson
Gold or silver is not money! Money is whatever our Congress coins. If our congress coins silver and gold
then those coins are money, but not until. Congress could coin bottletops. If they did, those bottletops
bearing the government seal would then be our money. This principal is ancient.
There would be no society if there were no exchange and no exchange if there were no money& Money
(nomisma) by itself is but a mere device. It has value only by law (nomos). The function of money is to
measure relationships. We call it nomisma because its efficiency is due not to nature but to law (nomos)
and because it is the power of government to regulate it. Aristotle (Book 5 on Justice)
Using gold exclusively is an idea born out of ignorance. It is not possible or practical. Enough gold,
above ground, does not exist to operate our economy in the USA. Gold is merely a precious metal, a
commodity with fluctuating value like oil. Money is not wealth. Money is a mere demand claim on the
real wealth such as, food cars cloths houses farms etc.

Private international bankers have always understood these facts. They have always sought to control the
treasuries of the worlds nations, because merely owning all the gold could not achieve their stated plan
for the world. Gold was just a tool used by them to jockey into position for manipulating prices in our
economy. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 finally accomplished Mayer Rothschilds goal and
effectively placed our nations money supply into the hands of private bankers. Do these bankers care
about your financial freedom? No! By manipulations, bankers expand and contract prices in our
economy, by using new interest bearing loans (credit) to inflate our money supply. Lowering interest
rates encourages money creation through borrowing. Prices are driven upward when an equal increase
due to the demand in the goods and services have not yet been manufactured (more money chasing fewer
goods). Conversely, banks by calling in loans, cancel money out of existence, shrinking the money
supply and causing recessions or depressions. Our economic freedoms are the sacrifices continuously
required to appease the god of profit. The high priests (international bankers) have developed the
freedom killing policies into a science. Current Federal Reserve policies are not only immoral and
unconstitutional, they cry out to the one true God for vengeance. Unless we restore America to a sound
system of money (interest free, constitutionally created money), we are all destined to a life of slavery
down here on the farm.
If truth and honesty are the requisites to a free society, then we will have to move forward by
eliminating institutions that have nothing in common with those virtues, like the Federal Reserve Bank
that cheats every man and woman in this country out of their private property/wages. Tell that to your
friends. We have been sold out by our representatives in Congress. The good news is that since Congress
violated the constitution when they did it, there is no actual authority for continuing the present system.

understand, but this is our country and we aim to expose and expel the renegades that have hijacked it.

The United States loaded 363 tons of cash on palettes and airlifted it to Iraq during the reign of
provisional authority L. Paul Bremer.
363 tons of cash. This is getting into territory where it is easier to measure the weight of the money than
the amount involved. I mean 363 tons of cash just boggles the mind. One of these transports was the
largest cash transfer in the history of the federal reserve. And the sad fact is that this is all money that
was sent into a black hole. Fully $8.8 billion can not be accounted for after being given to Iraqi
government agencies.

Who was accounting for all this money you might wonder. Why it was a fat slob in a van down by the
river!! Chris Farley fans might appreciate the attempt at humor, but the truth actually was not far
removed. The only accounting firm hired to keep track of cash flown by the pallet load to Iraq was a
CPA so small that it was run from a house in San Diego. That CPA firm, named North Star, no longer
exists and never actually ran an audit of the Coalition Provisional Authorities internal spending controls.
This firm was payed $1.4 million, for what must be the worst case of accounting ever in the sordid
history of human pursuit of filthy lucre.
Mentioning spending control in the same sentence as Coalition Provisional Authority seems
inappropriate somehow. We have tales of contractors bringing duffel bags to be loaded with shrink
wrapped bills on pay day. Offices in the green zone awash in $100 bills. Money being distributed from
the back of pickup trucks. Money paid to repair an elevator in a hospital in Hilla, which was not done,
with the elevator failing resulting in 3 people killed. Insurgents stole cash on raids that were never
reported. It is all surreal, and disheartening considering the state of affairs in Iraq at this time and the
burgeoning budget deficits at home.
Of course we know that the GOP, that political bastion of fiscal responsibility, would have their people
calling for a full accounting of this sordid affair, right? Wrong actually. Republicans accused Democrats
of reviewing stale news to embarrass the administration.
This actually is embarrassing if one considers that the Republicans were in control of Congress while
these events unfolded and positively refused to conduct the oversight so obviously needed at the time. In
a way then the Republicans have it right, but saying this only proves the rubberstamp nature of the
Congress when Republicans held the power. They refused to take care of an embarrassing situation when
it happened and now it is up to Democrats to look back in time and try to sort it out. Maybe if the
Republican controlled Congress had seen fit to oversee and take corrective action when this boondoggle
was happening, they wouldn't be the minority right now.

found on the world wide web. Thankfully there are patriots out there to help you out. On this blog to the
right you can find this writers favorite links and most of them offer links to other sites of importance. The
example here is a case in point. We have all heard that there was certain activity prior to 911 that was the
result of fore knowledge or fore warning to the attack on America. Why? How? When? You see we are
not the ones making conclusions. We are just asking the questions. And when those in power run and
hide you have to wonder why? That's why the web has become the target of the government and why
officials have been discounting the news reports on the internet, I admit you can't believe everything you
read. That's true everywhere, not just on the web. But we understand that and because of all the mis
information you should always look for verification and sources to reveal the truth behind the reports.
Don't trust me. Trust your instincts. Trust the fact that the main stream media wants to keep you in the
system. We are here to set you free. To help you disconnect from the system with as little pain as
possible. Unfortunately you have been plugged into the system for too long, and there is bound to be

some internal conflict in you life, but we know you can do it. Good luck and I'll see you on the other

WASHINGTON The Internal Revenue Service is inviting civic-minded individuals to help improve the
nations tax agency by applying to be members of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel. The Panel provides a
forum for citizens from each state to make suggestions regarding IRS decision making.
The mission of the Panel is to listen to taxpayers, identify taxpayers issues, and make recommendations
for improving IRS service and customer satisfaction. Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP) members:
● Provide opportunities for citizen input and make recommendations to the IRS on customer-service
issues.
● Identify and prioritize taxpayer issues.
● Report annually to Treasury, the IRS and the National Taxpayer Advocate.
● Participate in meetings where taxpayers are invited to raise issues about their experiences with the
IRS.
● Participate in taxpayer outreach opportunities by speaking to individuals and groups about the
Panel.
As the IRS continues to examine taxpayers needs in the area of service, the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel
has emerged as a vital source for gathering and providing information from the perspective of taxpayers,
said Nina E. Olson, National Taxpayer Advocate. TAPs role will ultimately aid taxpayers by helping
the IRS to provide them with the top quality service they deserve."
To qualify as a TAP member, applicants must be U.S. citizens and be able to commit 300 to 500 hours
during the year to the Panel. In addition, they must be current with their tax obligations and pass a
criminal background check.
This year TAP is accepting applications from U.S. citizens who reside in the following locations:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana,
Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North

Despite the Bush and Clinton crime families

efforts to rip-off the country of more than
27.5 trillion, Wanta has recovered more than
1.575 trillion. He further thanked the Arctic
Beacon for being one of the only news outlets
to believe his story as the mainstream media
remains hush-hush.

Good news for the American people, courtesy
of former Ambassador Leo Wanta, as more
than 1.575 trillion dollars is being returned to
the U.S. Treasury.
Although a rather hefty sum, it is only a small
portion of the 27.5 trillion, now more than
doubled due to interest, Wanta has been
trying to recover on behalf of the American
people since the end of the Cold War.
Wanta was named legal trustor of vast sum of
money by President Reagan after he was
assigned the task of destablizing the Soviet
monetary system, his efforts amassing a large
war chest of dollars, which was to be returned
to the U.S. Treasury
However, according to Wanta, after Reagan
left office, he was back stabbed by the Bush I
administration, leading to a long and
unwarranted jail term to "get him out of the
way," including more than 200 days in a
Swiss jail and years behind bars on a bogus
Wisconsin state income tax charge.
Released more than a year ago, Wanta has

been trying with limited resources and no

cooperation from the government and the
media to return the money to the American
people.
During his many years in jail, much of the
money has been diverted to numerous private
overseas accounts and, according to Wanta,
essentially looted by the corrupt Bush and
Clinton crime families.
But in an unexpected move in 2003 Wanta
filed a federal court case to recover the
money. Although the case was dismissed
under sovereign immunity, he received
verification from the court that his legal
trustor status was valid, the judge telling him
to use the federal collections courts as a
recovery process.
During the last year, Wanta has been trying to
retrace his financial tracks and Monday
emailed the Arctic Beacon for being one of
the only news outlets to follow the story,
saying 1.575 trillion is a good first step at
lowering the national debt.
"Thank you and your staff for their kind
assistance to recover said
corporate/repatriation funds with full
disclosure to the United States Department of
the Treasury, et al," said Wanta Monday in an
email to the Arctic Beacon.
Although the financial arrangements are
complicated and did not want to elaborate the
sensitive nature of the recovery due
wiretapping issues,Wanta said he has been
under serious pressure due to the large sum of
money, which would be far more than a black
eye to Daddy Bush, President Bush and
Clinton if wind of the recovery ever made it
to the main stream media.
Up until now, as expected, all news outlets in
America are playing a hush-hush game, as in
essence they serve as nothing more than
propaganda arms for the New World Order,
bringing down America piece by piece.
In fact, the incredible Wanta story, dubbed
the 27.5 trillion dollar man, may prove to be
the "story of the century" even though it is
cloaked in a complicated web of financial
accounting, mystery and intrigue dating back
to the end of the Cold War.
But, as expected, in the midst of the many lies
told to the people about a failed economy, the
crime lords in the Bush and Clinton families
having been part and parcel in the biggest
rip-off in modern day banking history to the

tune of more that 27.5 trillion, a conservative

estimate according to Wanta.
Wanta will be appearing this week on Greg
Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative
Journal, to talk more in depth about the 1.2
trillion dollar recovery.

It seems behind every rock there is another
dead body when it comes to the incredible
case of Ambassador Leo Wanta, the man
holding 27.5 trillion dollars in trust for the
American people as Illuminati banksters try
to rip him off on a daily basis.
First there was attorney Vince Foster, Deputy
White House Counsel to President Clinton,
found dead in a Washington D.C. park just
after Wanta handed him 250 million in
Switzerland for the Childrens' Defense Fund,
a fund both men thought was legit but turned
out to be nothing more than a front for black
ops money considered by insiders to be
Hillary Clinton's personal slush fund.
Then there was Wanta's business partner,
Kok Howe Kwong, and other associates like
Freddie Woodruff and Francois de
Grosseurve, all found dead, according to
Wanta, "strangely for their personal belief in
our Great Nation, but by betrayal of others
with falsehoods and malice," pointing the
finger in the direction of George H. Bush and
Clinton.
And now, years later, after Wanta spent a
lengthy, what he calls "trumped-up" prison
sentence and now released on house arrest,
the killing appears to be continuing in an all
out effort by the Illuminati to get their hands
on the vast sum of money in Wanta's control
before it ever can be released safely into the
hands of the American people.
The reason being Wanta, nicknamed the '27.5
Trillion Dollar Man', is legally holding the
financial "golden keys" to a vast sum of
money made right after the Cold War after he
and others on behalf of President Ronald
Reagan were assigned to destabilize the
Russian Ruble. The profits have now grown to
approximately 27.5 trillion and Wanta has
ben legally appointed trustee by a 2003
federal court ruling out of Alexandria,

Virginia.
And to verify the dangers behind the Wanta
story due to the enormous sum of money at
stake, Marco Saba of the Observatory of
Organized Crime in Switzerland, a privately
funded European crime watch dog group, this
week had this to say about the 27.5 trillion in
Wanta's control:
"In January 2006 a man named 'Jack' tried to
take money from one of Wanta's accounts at
UBS - Zurich. He was killed in the basement
of the UBS bank.
"In March, 2006, a former undercover Swiss
agent Fausto "Tato" Cattaneo, worked closely
with DEA, to defeat the Cali drug cartel in
Colombia and he wrote a book in 2001 about
his work to investigate the whereabouts of
Leo Wanta's account in Switzerland.
"He recently was arrested by former police
colleagues and held jailed for a week in
Zurich. He has just been released. I agree
that Wanta's story is very interesting and that
people want to stop him from recovering the
money."
Interviewed March 23 on Greg Szymanski's
radio show, The Investigative Journal, Wanta
said he and Foster, as well as many other
patriots working in the best interests of the
U.S., were essentially double-crossed, Foster
being murdered for "knowing too much" and
Wanta being shackled and hidden away in a
Swiss dungeon for 134 days.

Regarding the present hi-jacking of the U.S.

Constitution and the U.S. government, as well
as his own personal role in trying to protect
the American people from massive
corruption, leading to what could be the

final comments in the 1998 Swiss court

amassed the 27.5 trillion now protected in

Civil Tax Laws can be accountable to a large
and informed public, and not just generated
lawlessly by delusional tax agents, whose
judgments are colored by their personal
needs and biases, under the color of law. To
forcibly DRUG and IMPRISON me to collect
unknown corporate and personal
non-residency income taxes is grossly
CRIMINAL, as well as a direct violation of
my United States Constitutional, Civil and

Sometimes with a little bit of luck and a good roll of the dice good men prevail and evil is defeated.
In the case of the Leo Wanta story, the jury is still out whether the former Treasury agent is on the good
side or the bad.
But according to the wife of a murdered U.S. Army Colonel, charged with overseeing more than 175
CIA secret bank accounts, Wanta isnt the white knight portrayed in many internet articles, including
those on the Arctic Beacon.
V.K.Durham, the widow of Col. Russell Herman, who claims her husband was assassinated by
government thugs, said Wanta is one of the good old boys, adding:

In earlier testimony, Durham elaborated on how the good old boys ripped off the Durham trust account:
Two hundred and forty billion in stolen currency was obtained resulting from George H. W. Bushs
presidential abuse of power, when he authorized former Treasury Secretary Nicholas Brady and former
Secretary of State James Baker III to make fraudulent use of the Durham Family Trust collateral without
her permission. There is evidence that Colonel Hermanns and V. K. Durhams signatures were forged on
a Goldman-Sachs bank account certification requesting the conversions to U.S. currency.
The money was never repaid since the ten-year Brady bondspurchased before September 13, 1991 using
the fraudulent collateral and gold bullion as security came due on September 12, 2001the day after the
9.11 attacks, having allegedly been underwritten and held by the trustee, Cantor-Fitzgerald bond
brokerage firm [whose offices on floors 101-105 in the North Tower of the World Trade Center (WTC)
were destroyed on 9.11 along with the Brady bond evidence.
Regarding Wanta, he recently came back on the public scene, claiming he entered into an agreement with
U.S. officials to repatriate $4.5 trillion on off shore funds. He also claimed he as at odds with the last
three presidential administrations who were stealing trillions in off shore funds - money dedicated under
the Reagan protocols and money under Wantas control to return to the American people for the
betterment of the economy.
Much of Wantas story has been told in the Arctic Beacon, depicting Wanta riding the horse against the
evil Bush and Clinton administrations.
However, Durham tells a different story, the flip side of the coin that must be told in order to sniff out the
truth.
Apparently, according to emails made public Wanta has been communicating with Durham even though
he has gone on record saying he is under a gag order and unable to talk to this editor and others interested
in his story.
Although Wantas representative, Michael C. Cottrell told the arctic Beacon he is not talking, according
to Durhams post on her web site she has communicated with him in recent days in the following

Sometime after tax returns are due, around April 30th, 2007 is the so called tax freedom day. For all
those of you who believe you are only paying your fair share, you better get to the library and do a little
research. You are all a bunch of suckers who pay out the ass for the federal reserve to balance the books.
It's corporate America that enters your wages on the payroll so it can avoid paying it's own income taxes.
That's why the company you work for insists on reporting your wages to the IRS. Just look up the tax
returns of the nations largest companies and you will see they pay very little of your so called Share of
taxes. You are paying their corporate taxes so they don't have to. Ha Ha, you are stupid America.

Gun Control Neuters The People:
A Profound Solution To Stop The
Infringement
For decades, the US Congress, Executive law enforcement agencies and certain federal Courts have been
cooperating in a collective decision to disarm all Americans except themselves.
Despite the exacting, and prohibitory language of the Second Amendment that specifically protects the
individuals Right to Keep and Bear Arms, the federal government has embarked on a broad program of
regulation, licensing, and police action to eviscerate the natural Right as it existed since long before the
Constitution was adopted.
The Right to Keep and Bear arms is so crucial to the protection of Life and Liberty that any infringement
of that Right must be viewed as a high-order threat to Life and Liberty.
When exercised individually, the Right provides for the security of ones person, family and property.
When exercised collectively, the Right insures that the People always possess the means to free
themselves from a despotic or tyrannical government.
There should be no doubt as to the true purpose of the Second Amendment, despite the platitudes of

politicians who sermonize about public safety and the lengthy dicta of some federal judges who attempt
to rewrite history and want us to believe that words do not mean what they say, and that we should
passively defer to our political leaders for our protection.
The Right is not simply about the right to hunt ducks or shoot clay pigeons. The Right to Keep and
Bear Arms is ultimately about the absolute Right of a free People to ensure that they always
possess the collective capability to claim and exercise the Right of Revolution, if necessary, to
secure Redress against constitutional torts and tyrannical government.
The Individual Right to defend ones life and Liberty is self-evident. The Right to throw off tyranny and
despotism is merely an extension of the individual Right.
Government has never been and will never be beneficent. Its true nature, in fact, is evil. As Ronald
Reagan once declared, Government is the enemy of freedom. As government gains ground, Liberty
loses ground. We should always love our country but never our Government. They are two different
things.
This empirical truth was well recognized by our Founders, thus the Bill of Rights.
Time, however, is working against the People and the Bill of Rights.
For instance, with public education having all but replaced private education, with civic education
receiving short shrift in our government controlled schools, and with the People pre-occupied with their
families, careers, and income and property taxes, the Government has been working to disarm the People
as it steps farther and farther outside the boundaries drawn around its power by the terms of the
Constitution, taking possession of a boundless field of power.
Government's natural inclination is to control the People and diminish Liberty. If the Rights protected by
the Second Amendment are inevitably lost, the Light of Liberty will dim and die.
The Profound Alternative To Violence

The Founders, hoping that their progeny might never again have to suffer a violent revolution, included
in the Bill of Rights a guarantee of another natural Right the Right of the People to hold their
government accountable to the Constitution without ever needing to fire a shot.
Such was the brilliance of the Founders.
They included in the First Amendment a guarantee of the capstone Right of the People to Petition the
Government for Redress of Grievances. The Petition Clause provides a peaceful way for the People to
hold the Government accountable to the Constitution.
It provides that if the People have evidence that the Government is oppressing them by violating any of
their natural Rights, the People may submit their grievances to the Government, along with their request
for Redress. Accordingly, the Government is obligated to respond. If the Government however, fails to
respond, the People may withdraw their allegiance and obedience from the Government.
Of course, the Founders knew that if the First Amendment did not work, the Second would.
This is the genius of our Founders. It is the threat of violence reserved by the Second Amendment that
forces our servant Government to peacefully submit to the First Amendment Right of Petition and the
Sovereignty of the People. Failing to secure Redress through peaceful means, the People, via the Second
Amendment, always possess the ability to utilize force to remove and replace abusive government.
Although rare, a number of federal judges are willing to recognize the true history, meaning, effect and
significance of the individual Right guaranteed by the Second Amendment.
As recently as yesterday, in a 2-1 decision, the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit struck
down the ten year old ban on handguns by the District of Columbia. Writing for the majority, Senior

Circuit Judge Silberman wrote:

The right of self preservation, in turn, was understood as the right to defend oneself against attacks by
lawless individuals, or, if absolutely necessary, to resist and throw off a tyrannical government.
Parker, et al. v. District of Columbia, (Case No. 04-7041), (decided March 9, 2007) [emphasis added]
In Parker, the District of Columbia claimed it had absolute power not only to license, but to outright ban
all handguns. The Court of Appeals rejected the assertion. We recommend everyone read this important
ruling, which reiterates the true nature and purpose of the Second Amendment.
The United States Supreme Court will undoubtedly agree to hear the appeal by the District of Columbia.
Let us pray the Court will not dishonor the Second Amendment as it did the Right of Property in its
ruling in the Kelo case and the Right to Worship as it did in the Lee case..

Overall, the attack on the Second Amendment has been systemic and sustained. Over many decades it
has become an institutionalized effort by the Government to disable the Peoples ability to physically
repel the growing abuses of federal power and encroachments upon Liberty.
As with most matters involving claims of federal power within the several states, the U.S. Government
has crafted its legal framework for gun control around its limited interstate commerce authority. It is
through this thin strand of legitimate constitutional authority that it seeks to unlawfully usurp the People
s Rights under the Second Amendment, and effectively neuter the American People, to prevent the
People from exercising of the Right that was ultimately considered necessary, in 1776, to throw off the
monarchial and tyrannical government that had been in place in America for 150 years.
Make no doubt -- despite the potential longer-range implications of court decisions such as todays ruling
by the D.C. Court of Appeals, the federal government made up as it is by people who suffer the same
human frailties we all suffer from love of power and money -- will remain loathe to relinquish its false
assertions that it has unlimited constitutional authority to regulate and control firearms within the fifty
states.
Despite its clamor and claims, nothing could be further from the truth.
Fortunately, we, the People have the constitutional means to force the President and the Congress,
without violence, to honor and defend the Constitution.
The Profound Capstone Right:

The Right To Petition For Redress of Grievances
Here is how common sense and the Founders tell us, We, the People, to go about obtaining relief from
the acts of our Governments officials that are repugnant to our Constitution:
First, upon being injured by the Government, the People are to draft and serve the Government with a
written Petition for Redress of their Grievances. The People may rightfully Petition when Government
has either abused its limited, delegated authority (such as when it applies the armed forces of the United
States in hostilities overseas without a declaration of war), or when it has failed to perform a duty
mandated by the Constitution (such as the current failure of the President to faithfully execute the
immigration laws, as he is required to do by Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution).
Second, the Government is then required, as a servant and creation of the People, and by the legal nature
of the Right of Petition, to respond to the Petition for Redress of Grievances.
Third, if the Government refuses to respond or to provide Redress as demanded in the Petition, the
People possess the lawful authority to withdraw their allegiance and obedience from the Government
until it provides Redress to the People.
In fact, we believe this Right of Petition is so powerful that the Department of Justice and the
Internal Revenue Service are prohibited by the Constitution from enforcing the Internal Revenue
laws against those rightfully claiming and exercising the Right of Petition.

on Fox News Channels The OReilly Factor to expose a high-level FBI cover-up concerning the refusal
of another FBI agent to fully participate in FBI terrorism investigations. John Vincent, a retired FBI
Special Agent of 27 years, told the American public how a Muslim agent involved in an investigation of
Osama bin Ladens network refused to wear a wire to record another Muslim because a Muslim does not
record another Muslim. Specifically, the Muslim agent refused to wear a wire in an investigation related
to the African embassy bombings of 1998, which have been tied to Osama bin Laden. Joining John
Vincent on the Factor was David Schippers, Judicial Watchs National Advisor and co-counsel. Judicial
Watch is the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption.
Earlier in the week, the FBI threatened to fire FBI Special Agent Robert Wright, another Judicial Watch
client, if he appeared on The OReilly Factor to talk about the scandal of the Muslim agent. The Muslim
agent in question also allegedly obstructed investigations of terrorists in Florida by refusing to record a

In June 2000, a group of top government scientists and health officials gathered for a meeting at the
isolated Simpsonwood conference center in Norcross, Georgia. Convened by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention, the meeting was held at this Methodist retreat center, nestled in wooded
farmland next to the Chattahoochee River, to ensure complete secrecy. The agency had issued no public
announcement of the session -- only private invitations to fifty-two attendees. There were high-level
officials from the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, the top vaccine specialist from the World
Health Organization in Geneva and representatives of every major vaccine manufacturer, including
GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Wyeth and Aventis Pasteur. All of the scientific data under discussion, CDC
officials repeatedly reminded the participants, was strictly "embargoed." There would be no making
photocopies of documents, no taking papers with them when they left.
The federal officials and industry representatives had assembled to discuss a disturbing new study that
raised alarming questions about the safety of a host of common childhood vaccines administered to
infants and young children. According to a CDC epidemiologist named Tom Verstraeten, who had
analyzed the agency's massive database containing the medical records of 100,000 children, a
mercury-based preservative in the vaccines -- thimerosal -- appeared to be responsible for a dramatic
increase in autism and a host of other neurological disorders among children. "I was actually stunned by
what I saw," Verstraeten told those assembled at Simpsonwood, citing the staggering number of earlier
studies that indicate a link between thimerosal and speech delays, attention-deficit disorder, hyperactivity
and autism. Since 1991, when the CDC and the FDA had recommended that three additional vaccines
laced with the preservative be given to extremely young infants -- in one case, within hours of birth -- the
estimated number of cases of autism had increased fifteenfold, from one in every 2,500 children to one in
166 children.

Peace activist Bill Sulzman in Colorado Springs, Colo., protests the war in Iraq by refusing to pay the
federal excise tax of about 50 cents on his monthly phone bill.
Sulzman also recruits others who are against U.S. military involvement in Iraq to stop paying the tax,
which was first adopted in 1898 to pay for the Spanish-American war.
The tax raises about $5 billion each year, which activists say goes to fund war efforts. The IRS won't
confirm that the money goes exclusively to the military, but instead says it goes for general fund
expenditures, including military spending.
"It's kind of entry-level active resistance," Sulzman said. "Phone companies don't cut off the phones.
They don't have the leverage."

Man uses free, public Wi-Fi; police seize

Next time you visit Alaska, leave your laptop behind. An Alaskan man has had his laptop seized by the
police for --- horror of horrors! --- using a free Wi-Fi network at his local library.
The AP reports that 21-year-old Brian Tanner was sitting outside the Palmer public library after hours,
using its free Wi-Fi network, when a policeman confiscated his laptop.
What's the crime? That's not at all clear. Apparently, the policeman had told Tanner previously not to use
the W-Fi network, although exactly what crime Tanner was committing by using a free, public network
at a library is not at all obvious.
When the AP asked the policeman what he thought when he saw Tanner using the library's network for
the second time, he said, "It was kind of like, 'Well gee whiz, come on.'"
Oh, I see. That explains it.
Tanner won't be getting his laptop back for a while. The police want to inspect it to see what, if anything,
he was downloading. Someone may need to show them where the "On" button is, though.
The police were supposed to have the laptop for only a day, but because the library director is out of
town, Tanner won't get it for another week. What the library director has to do with the police inspecting
the laptop isn't clear. Perhaps the director needs to show them where the On button is.
So what crime was Tanner committing? It's hard to say, although given that Alaska keeps voting Senator
Ted Stevens into office, perhaps any sign of intelligence -- such as using a library -- may subject one to
incarceration in the state.

US 'Victory' against Cult Leader Was 'Massacre'

There are growing suspicions in Iraq that the official story of the battle outside Najaf between a
messianic Iraqi cult and the Iraqi security forces supported by the US, in which 263 people were killed
and 210 wounded, is a fabrication. The heavy casualties may be evidence of an unpremeditated massacre.
A picture is beginning to emerge of a clash between an Iraqi Shia tribe on a pilgrimage to Najaf and an
Iraqi army checkpoint that led the US to intervene with devastating effect. The involvement of Ahmed
al-Hassani (also known as Abu Kamar), who believed himself to be the coming Mahdi, or Messiah,
appears to have been accidental.
The story emerging on independent Iraqi websites and in Arabic newspapers is entirely different from the
government's account of the battle with the so-called "Soldiers of Heaven", planning a raid on Najaf to
kill Shia religious leaders.
The cult denied it was involved in the fighting, saying it was a peaceful movement. The incident
reportedly began when a procession of 200 pilgrims was on its way, on foot, to celebrate Ashura in
Najaf. They came from the Hawatim tribe, which lives between Najaf and Diwaniyah to the south, and
arrived in the Zarga area, one mile from Najaf at about 6am on Sunday. Heading the procession was the
chief of the tribe, Hajj Sa'ad Sa'ad Nayif al-Hatemi, and his wife driving in their 1982 Super Toyota
sedan because they could not walk. When they reached an Iraqi army checkpoint it opened fire, killing
Mr Hatemi, his wife and his driver, Jabar Ridha al-Hatemi. The tribe, fully armed because they were
travelling at night, then assaulted the checkpoint to avenge their fallen chief.
Members of another tribe called Khaza'il living in Zarga tried to stop the fighting but they themselves
came under fire. Meanwhile, the soldiers and police at the checkpoint called up their commanders saying
they were under attack from al-Qai'da with advanced weapons. Reinforcements poured into the area and
surrounded the Hawatim tribe in the nearby orchards. The tribesmen tried - in vain - to get their attackers
to cease fire.
American helicopters then arrived and dropped leaflets saying: "To the terrorists, surrender before we
bomb the area." The tribesmen went on firing and a US helicopter was hit and crashed killing two
crewmen. The tribesmen say they do not know if they hit it or if it was brought down by friendly fire.
The US aircraft launched an intense aerial bombardment in which 120 tribesmen and local residents were
killed by 4am on Monday.
The messianic group led by Ahmad al-Hassani, which was already at odds with the Iraqi authorities in
Najaf, was drawn into the fighting because it was based in Zarga and its presence provided a convenient

have sealed the site and are not letting reporters talk to the wounded.
Sectarian killings across Iraq also marred the celebration of the Shia ritual of Ashura. A suicide bomber
killed 23 worshippers and wounded 57 others in a Shia mosque in Balad Ruz. Not far away in Khanaqin,
in Diyala, a bomb killed 13 people, including three women, and wounded 29 others. In east Baghdad
mortar bombs killed 17 people.

An astounding video uncovered from the archives today shows the BBC reporting on the collapse of
WTC Building 7 over twenty minutes before it fell at 5:20pm on the afternoon of 9/11. The incredible
footage shows BBC reporter Jane Standley talking about the collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building
while it remains standing in the live shot behind her head.
Minutes before the actual collapse of the building is due, the feed to the reporter mysteriously dies.
This amazing clip was on Google Video (now back again here), but was removed within hours of the
story breaking. However, hundreds of people had already managed to download the clip and it has gone
viral on the Internet and the censors won't be able to shut the lid this time. A You Tube upload is
available here but we fully expect this to be removed soon. You can watch it for the time being at this

To be clear, the Salomon Brothers Building is just a different name for Building 7 or WTC 7. Skip
forward to around the 14:30 minute mark.
Although there is no clock or time stamp on the footage, the source claims the report was given at
4:57pm EST, 23 minutes before Building 7 collapsed at 5:20pm. While the exact time of the report
cannot be confirmed at present, it is clear from the footage that the reporter is describing the collapse of
WTC 7 while it clearly remains standing behind her in the live shot.

Here are some further screenshots from the video.
The fact that the BBC reported on the collapse of Building 7 over twenty minutes in advance of its
implosion obviously provokes a myriad of questions as to how they knew it was about to come down
when the official story says its collapse happened accidentally as a result of fire damage and debris
weakening the building's structure.
As we have documented before, firefighters, police and first responders were all told to get back from the
building because it was about to be brought down. It is widely acknowledged by those who were there on
the scene that warnings were issued for people to evacuate the area in anticipation of the building's
collapse, with some even stating that a 20 second countdown preceded the collapse of the 47-story
skyscraper, again clearly suggesting that it was taken down by means of explosives as the video footage
of its implosion illustrates.
Alex Jones' film Terror Storm documents how Thermate was the likely culprit for the implosion of the
twin towers and also explores the collapse of WTC 7.
In a September 2002 PBS documentary, the owner of the WTC complex Larry Silverstein discusses
Building 7 and states that in the late afternoon of September 11, the decision was made to "pull it." The
term "pull it" is industry jargon for controlled demolition, but Silverstein denied charges that WTC 7 had
been deliberately brought down.
This newly uncovered video confirms that the collapse of WTC 7 was no surprise, because television
news stations were reporting on it before it happened!

That does not even include those who refuse to pay tax on labor. Thats just the cost of doing business.
But when is the last time you saw the federal government take down one of these Illegal tax shelters.
These kinds of programs are where the term "tax shelter" came from. Not from Irwin Schiff trying to sell
a few books or inform the public of what the actual tax law states in black and white. The tax Honesty
movement is not corporate tax shelters, Loopholes or offshore bank accounts. We are families trying to
earn a living and purchase the products we see millionaires buy on TV except that we don't have enough
left over for our childrens college funds because the tax system starts taking 25% after we earn a living
wage, living in a high interest environment riddled with inflation and complexity. The real problem is the
rich paying tax and saying the rest of us should pay our FAIR SHARE. Thats easy when you have
$500,000 left after taxes. But it's not fair when you only have 10, 20 or even $30,000 "After Tax". Then
there are student loans, child support, mortgages, food, fuel and all the expenses of going back to work
the next day. Especially when what is left gets taken up by the other 55 taxes we all pay. So whats fair
about being a slave?
If the government has the right to take a piece of my labor it doesn't need my permission. I will not
voluntarily comply and I will not assess myself. I don't want your deductions or allowances. If the law is
fair and the law is mandatory than just take it. But don't think you can force me to volunteer. You don't
need my permission so just take it. If that's a crime then just come and get me. I'll surrender right now.

Complying with the Tax Law (Part 8)

So now you've had a crash course (or crash rehash) of the 861 evidence. While
the conclusion (that most of us never owed a penny in federal income taxes) is
obviously difficult at first to accept, the path leading to that conclusion consists
entirely of solid steps.
1. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that there

are some kinds of income which, though not exempted by any particular section of the tax code, are
nonetheless NOT subject to the federal income tax because they are, "under the Constitution, not taxable
by the federal government"? Since, as we've now seen, that's exactly what many decades of official
income tax regulations SAY, how could any honest person call it "frivolous"?
2. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that income from international trade
MUST be reported as "gross income," and taxes must be paid on such income? Since the current
regulations, and 80+ years of older regs, have said exactly that (while NOT mentioning purely domestic
income), how could any honest person call it "frivolous"?
3. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that, when the law specifically points
out things to which it applies, we should conclude that it does NOT apply to anything NOT specifically
pointed out? Since the Supreme Court has said exactly that over and over again (and the principle of law,
"inclusio unius," dictates it as well), how could any honest person call it "frivolous"?

4. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that we should all use Section 861 of
the tax code, and the related regulations, to determine how much (if any) taxable DOMESTIC income we
have? Since a pile of citations straight from the government's own lawbooks say exactly that, how could
any honest person call it "frivolous"?
5. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that income from inside the U.S. is
taxable for nonresident foreigners, and for certain people who also receive income from federal
possessions (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico)? Since over 80 YEARS of statutes and regulations which
"evolved" into the current 861 and its regulations say that as plain as the nose on your face, how could
any honest person call it "frivolous"?
6. Is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to wonder why the sections of law about
"income from sources within the United States have NEVER said that such income is taxable for any
U.S. citizen who does NOT do business in federal possessions? Since that has been true for over 80
years, how could any honest person call it "frivolous"?
7. Again, is it "frivolous," "nonsense," "without merit," or "stupid" to think that, when the law
specifically points out things to which it applies, we should conclude that it does NOT apply to anything
NOT specifically pointed out? Since the Supreme Court has said exactly that over and over again (and
the principle of law, "inclusio unius," dictates it as well), how could any honest person call it "frivolous"?
So let's put all the non-frivolous, perfectly reasonable (if not downright undeniable) steps together, and
see what we get:
There are some kinds of income, not exempted by any statute, that are nonetheless tax-free because of
the Constitution itself. Income from international trade, however, MUST be reported as "gross income,"
and taxes must be paid on such income. There are particular sections of law to be used to determine when
income from INSIDE the U.S. is taxable, and for over 80 years those sections said that such income is
taxable for foreigners, and for Americans with possessions income, but did NOT say that U.S.-source
income was taxable for all Americans. It is well established that one should NOT assume that tax laws
apply to any matters which are not specifically pointed out.
Not to beat a dead horse, but notice again that all of this is about how to properly determine one's taxable
income--in other words, how to correctly COMPLY with the law. It's not about a loophole, a trick, a
protest, or anything of the sort--it's about DETERMINING WHAT WE OWE, and that's all. So why are
the feds so fond of calling people "tax cheats" and "tax protestors" for talking about this stuff? Why do
they paint this conclusion as a "fraudulent tax scheme"? Why do they vilify, demonize, threaten, and
prosecute people for believing what THE LAW says, or even for just asking QUESTIONS about the
law?
Name-calling is one thing, but how despicable is it for the feds to throw people in PRISON for believing
what you see above, having NEVER cited ANYTHING in the law refuting any of it? Is it okay when
they refuse to answer simple questions, and instead publicly slander people, characterizing them as
criminals and tax cheats, execute armed invasions of their homes, subject them to a mock trials at which
all relevant evidence is suppressed, and finally throw them in prison?
The term "terrorism" is often defined as the use of force to achieve a political end. Doesn't that describe
what the IRS and DOJ have been doing? Whatever you believe the truth to be, or whatever you think of
my conclusions, is it okay with you that your government uses violence to deal with the issue, instead of
using the law, or reason, or evidence, or logic?
In my next message, you'll hear a bit about what our lovely "public servants" have done to one person in
particular, and you can decide for yourself who is on the side of justice.

Information Act, Says Government Transparency Vital to American

WASHINGTON - Caroline Fredrickson, Director of the American Civil Liberties Union Washington
Legislative Office, today appeared before a key House panel to discuss the Freedom of Information Act.
Since the enactment of FOIA in 1966, the ACLU has used that crucial law to shed light on the
government's actions and abuses.
"The Freedom of Information Act is democracy's X-ray," said Fredrickson. "It shows us the inner
workings of government so we can identify the waste, fraud, abuse and corruption."
Fredrickson appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on
Information Policy, Census and National Archives. She noted that FOIA is the best tool Congress created
to expose government abuse, and through exposure, to help end those abuses. Recently, ACLU litigators
have used FOIA to bring to light illegal and improper methods the Bush administration has pursued in its
anti-terrorism efforts.
For example, recent ACLU FOIA requests have revealed Pentagon and FBI spying programs targeting
peaceful protest groups in the United States. Such actions waste precious government resources: every
hour spent spying on a Quaker peace group is an hour not spent on investigating true terrorist threats.
Another ACLU FOIA exposed evidence of officially sanctioned torture in U.S. detention facilities in
Guantanamo Bay, Afghanistan, and Iraq. While thousands of pages of documents have been released, the
government continues to withhold countless documents that would shed further light on the decisions
that led to the abuse.
FOIA's effectiveness has been undermined by the Bush administration's disdain for open government. In
October 2001, in a reversal from Attorney General Janet Reno's practice that there should be a
"presumption of disclosure," Attorney General John Ashcroft issued a memorandum encouraging
executive agencies to adopt a policy of non-disclosure. This White House has used national security
classification designations to hide embarrassing information or misconduct that is not truly secret
information.
Fredrickson made 8 recommendations to the subcommittee including urging Congress to rescind the
Ashcroft memo and restore the original purpose of FOIA by emphasizing the presumption toward
disclosure.
"The Bush administration is intentionally and improperly shielding itself from public view, using
national security' as a barrier to prevent Americans from seeing what's happening inside our
government," Fredrickson added. "Congress needs to restore and improve FOIA. A robust FOIA
demonstrates the strength of a free nation dedicated to the rule of law."

documents on asset forfeiture, a highly controversial practice in which the authorities take people's

property. (Sometimes the people have been convicted of crimes; other times they haven't even been

Please withdraw these materials immediately and destroy them by any means to
prevent disclosure of their contents. The Department of Justice has determined that
these materials are for internal use only.
Unlike all the other times an order like this was issued, some librarians, libraries, and the American
Library Association put up a fight. The Justice Dept's request was met with widespread derision online,
and the mainstream media picked up the story. In the face of this unexpected resistance, the Justice Dept
backed down eight days later. By that time, many librarieseager to do the government's biddinghad
unhesitatingly burned these public documents. If a few parties hadn't raised hell, the material would be
out of public circulation forever.

God thought to make you think

http://users.rcn.com /zap.dnai/super001.html My Own Notes. This paper brings me back to my own
theory of the universe. To know everything, know nothing. From nothing came light back into nothing.
That the universe is not expanding but instead is imploding. The edge is not expanding into space or
nothingness, but instead the center is falling into nothingness and getting further from the outer edge.
Beyond the outer edge is also nothingness but different from the center nothingness. They are opposites
of each other and the universe is the null void where the singularity is. And that it is not out in space but
is in the center of the conscious mind and we are all there and are all the same but different in our self
with a single God that is us. Not only did God make us in His Image but he thought to make us think.
That it is the thought of our being that is the image of God and not the physical self or the universe of
stars, gas or matter, but the light that all matter is made of. Also when you get to the plank level of the
universe it is just light. Whether we call them super strings as they move around or particles as they come
to a stop it is all nothing and everything all at once. It is all light of God's thought to make us think. Bob
