2. In case any of the above mentioned officers fail to assume the charge of his/her posting on

promotion as Administrative Officer within one month from the issue of this order or if any officer refuses to accept promotion on account of any reason, he/she will be debarred from promotion for one year and the vacancy will be filled up by appointing another officer. On account of his eventual promotion to the higher grade, such officer will lose seniority vis--vis his junior promoted to the higher grade earlier. 3.
