Executive Summary
(AZIRAH) Information communication and technology in our world has inspired us to think beyond national borders. The rapid development of the internet technology has enabled us to do most of our work or anything by using its technology. Most of business nowadays is starting using internet technology to expand their business. But, there is still an issue about the digital gap in society especially in our country, Malaysia. Our mission is to overcome the number of digital gap in our country so that our society will not facing the same problem like todays by suggesting a few methods regarding to digital gap by introducing the Comprehensive Project for The Society. I am conscious the most effects of the digital gap are our economic conditions. Even the other country that still develop still have the same problem, but the digital gap is not the most issues in their country because there still have other issues to look at and are more important than digital gap. In Malaysia, the digital gap affects our economic conditions. For example, most of business nowadays is starting using internet. But, there are still a lot of our society did not know how to using computer, so how we can expect they know how to use internet to do business. To let them more familiar using the computer, at least there should be a facilities at their rural area. Because, based on my experienced, there is some of the society complaining that the price is the first problem for them. Then, the second one is the line connectivity to the internet. Even some of them already have the computer at their house, but it like not much use for them because they only can do like office work or school work such as typing. They also want to feel the exiting using internet but there is no line to connect to the internet even they already owned their broadband. So as a started, the government will be the main role, and should take action regarding to both main issues I just stated. Educational matter also we need to concern at. We need to start from the young generations. As we all know that, the young generations will take over the future generation. Even though the computer literature in school already started a few years ago, but there are still a few of school does not have enough facilities. The main problem here is the facilities, without the facilities we also know that nothing we can do. But it does not mean that the government to gives all things freely. It also affects the economics. So, the school should take initiative to together reduce the number of student that does not know how to use computer.

For example, do extra class for teaching computer literacy so that the student more wellknown to use the basic stuff in the computer. Beside than that, there is not only about the facilities problem regarding the digital gap. But, the rural population also need to be cooperated. If all the facilities already provide, but there is no one want to contribute in this project, so it still not overcome the number of digital gap in the society. So here, also the main role is the rural population. They need to give cooperated so that things will go smoothly. To make them interested in the Information Communication and Technology, we will show them a little bit on multimedia presentation. Such as the way they will work, communicate with other people, learning using computers and much more. By presenting them the multimedia presentation, it will be more interesting. As a human being, we also know that by watching multimedia presentation we will more curious to know than listening to the presenter talk. Providing the recycle centre for all computers and laptops also can be the other ways. Recycle centre here is means that for all the rich that have computers and laptops that still in good condition but they are not using it already, so that they can contribute they computers and laptops to the recycle centre. All the computers and laptops from the recycle centre can be donated to the low income especially for the rural populations. I believe this project is some extent will reduce the digital gap in our society. As a result, digital gap will not be the main issue in our country anymore since this problem we have been facing for a long time already. At the same time, this will give the opportunity to the society to involve in business like from internet. Most of them who involved business from internet only take this opportunity as their part-time job to earn more income and based on their interest in ICT. (SABILAH) Regarding to the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) among educator, we finds that we need to show them how the ICT literacy will affect students achievement .It also show them how ICT can be used effectively to support teaching and learning. The findings of this analysis are presented here. Our data sourse include the focus group with students, classroom observations, documents including: teacher planning and student work samples, records of reflective conversations held during project on-line. The use of ICT in the school environment can increase students human capital in the following ways, like exposure

to ICT such as computers and other related equipment such as printers, projectors, and so on, may provide students with valuable skills that are generally rewarded in the labor market. The use of ICT for learning purposes could shift students outcomes where the outcomes is their achievement given the same level of other inputs from teachers and infrastructure. The use of the Internet for learning purposes could boost test scores but, in addition, increase students awareness about important national issues. Increase the achievements would then raise the individual empowerment with respect to both the government and the private sector. Most young people have inadequate websearh and evaluation skill. Students are often disheartened during web search and want to know how to carry out research project well, so the educator suppose to be conduct them with their knoledge. (AFIFAH) Besides that, the main thing for graduated student for sure is their future career. What they want to be, what they would be, or how they can achieve their ambitions are the common questions for them. But all that will become true if they go through the right way. Since our childhood, our parents will hope for us to be somebody like doctor, lawyer, police, teacher and some more because for them that career is the best in this world. None of our parents will hope that their child will become a programmer for example. The reason is because digital career like that is flow through the time. Now, taking part in digital career is something like a very high opportunity because we are in developing technology. But, most of new generations still can not figure it out. How our country to develop if the new or younger generations still lack of that information? Awareness of digital career is something that we should take it serious because it will effects our country. First thing that we can do is to open the student mind to think about the digital career. to expand the thought, we need to show them the employment opportunity in digital career. they should know that the career is not limited and most of other career also related to digital career. Most company noawadays looking for computer expert to invent something such as machine or robot which need to be programmed to make it function. In addition, the web-developers also the other career. (AZIERA) Cyber security is the body of technologies, processes and practices designed to protect network, computers,programs and data from attack, damage or unauthorized access. There are many risk, some more serious than others. Among these dangers are viruses erasing your entire system, someone breaking into your computer or your system and altering files, it could be also someone that using your computer to attack others, and also for someone who stealing your credit card information and making unauthorized purchases. Unfortunately,

theres no 100% guarantee that even with the best precautions some of these things wont happend to you, but there are steps you can take to minimize the chance. By than how to avoid someones hack your system or your email account for them self ? How to avoid malicious code that been used to attack your computer ? How to discover vulnerability course by programming errors in software ? To determine how to prevent the cyber criminal ? The first step in protecting yourself is to recognize the risk and became familiar with some of the terminology associated with them. The main problen that we face is from the hacker, attacker, or intruder. These terms are applied to the people who seek to exploit weakness in software and computer systems for their own gain. Although their intentions are sometimes fairly begin and motivated solely by curiosity, their action are typically in violation of the intended use of the systems they are exploiting. The result can range from mere mischief by creating a virus with no intentionally negative impact to malicious activity such as stealing or altering information. Second is prevent our system and beware with any malicious code. Malicious code is sometimes called malware, is a broad category that includes any code that could be used to attack your computer. Malicious code can have the following characteristic. First of all is it might require you to actually do something before it infects your computer. This action could be opening an email attachment or going to a particular web page. After that, some forms propagate without user intervention and tipically start by exploiting a software vulnerability. Once the vicim computer has been infected, the malicious code will attempt to find and infect other computers. This code can also propagate via email, website, or network based software. Some malicious code claims to be one thing while in facts doing something different behind the scenes. For example, a program that claims it will speed up your computer may actually be sending confidential information to a remote intruder. Viruses and worms are an example of malicious code. For the vulnerability, in most case, vulnerability are caused by programming errors in software. Attackers might be able to take an advantage of these errors to infect your computer, so it is important to apply updates or patches that address known vulnerabilities. (RAFIDAH) FSKKP campus experience is one of the way for us to promote the computer science faculty at University Malaysia Pahang to the outsiders. FSKKP campus experience is basically related on how the student study here, how is the environment, how to schedule time

in order to get fully experienced in here. This report created to open the minds of for all students and lecturers, where the importance of a great computer laboratory and the outside world equivalent. It also shows that students and lecturers on how ICT can be used in teaching and learning. The findings of this analysis are presented here. Our data sources are included focus groups with students, classroom observations, documents including teacher planning and student work samples, records of reflective conversations held during project or on-line. This FSSKP experience is been applied to students and university lecturers in University Malaysia Pahang in other to improve the quality of education students for excellent performance. Todays lack of experience in the computer laboratory cause they do not work fully with what is expected by the government. How more, ICT very important in developing countries to developed-global equivalent to the outside world. By the FSKKP experience will give us all a lot of impact. Introduction. As a younger generation, I also want to contribute something to our country. Regarding to the digital gap, I wish that someday there is no digital gap in Malaysia anymore. (SAL) Now we want to talk about ICT literacy among an educator. First of all, what is ICT literacy? Actually ICT literacy is about the ability to use digital technology, communication

tools and networks to define, access, manage, integrate, evaluate, create and communicate information ethically and legally in order to function in a knowledge society. Back to the main point of the subtitle, it is ICT literacy among an educator. This problem is relate to the educator, that means either they are a lectures, teachers or a tutor. That they knowing about access data and how to collect and retrieve information? That they know how to applying an existing organizational or classification scheme? Or that they know how to interpreting and representing information which involves summarizing, comparing and contrasting? ICT changes the way we live, learn, and work. As the result of these changes, technology tools, and the creative application of technology have the capacity to increase the quality of peoples live by improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. (AFIFAH) The third sub topic is about awareness of digital career among student. All we know that ICT is growing up rapidly nowadays. All the things that we do nowadays is use an software , internet, computer system, something that related to the technology. There are technology everywhere. So for who are take an subject that related to the computing their opportunity for getting job is wider. Then how we want to show to the new generation about their career in the future. What they can be and what is their guarantee in the future? (AZIERA) The forth subtitle is about cyber security. It seems that everything relise on computer and the internet now, for example communication like email and cellphones, entertainment like digital cable and mp3s, transportation like car engine systems and airplane navigation, shopping like onlines stores and credit cards, medicine like the equipment and medical records. How much of your daily life relies on computer? How much of your personal information is stored either on your computer or on someone elses system? Cyber securityinvolves protecting that information by preventing, detecting and responding to attacks. Now security breanches are often financially motivated and highly organize. There are many virus recover in internet and effected our computer system. Therefore we need to overcome with a solution that can solve all the problem. It is like we create a new antivirus that can overcome the virus with a better virus detection techniques. Related to that, we need to provide new antivirus with high-quality detection that can easily detect the virus and secure the computer system. (RAFIDAH) Most of students have their own experience while in their campus, same goes to FSKKP students. FSKKP stands for Faculty of Computer Systems and Software Engineering

at University Malaysia Pahang. FSKKP divided to four main courses, which is bachelor of software engineering, bachelor of network and communication, bachelor of graphics and multimedia, and diploma in science computer. FSKKP provided enough facilities such as computer laboratory. The way of the students learning are more practical and they mostly use the e-learning to discuss or share opinions. Learning in FSKKP are more vulnerable to internet use.

Where we should start to give an extra classes to teach abount how to using internet and computer? 3. How to make people interested to learn using computer and internet? 4. How to make people think that the technology can give them more advantages? 5. How to increase the quality of peoples lives by improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning?

When they choose the computing program, what is their guarantee in the future? 12. How to avoid someones hack your system or your email account for them self ?

To expose to our society about the multimedia technology such as attract them by using multimedia presentation. 6. To show to the educator the important of knowing ICT nowadays.
7. Give an extra class regarding how to use microsoft Office and other software that

always been used. 8. Make a tutorial about the step how to used the software.
9. To make the student open their mind that by taking computing studies they will have

many options of career. 10. To show to the new generation about their career in the future when they choose a university program relating with the computing and the guarantee with the career in the future. 11. Creating a virus with no intentionally negative impact.

12. Demonstrate the steps how to preven cyber crime. 13. Provide new antivirus with high-quality detection that can easily detect the virus and secure the computer system. 14. Create a secure lock, for example for facebook account. Now people directly can take our picture shown in our profile.With this secure lock. Anybody who want take the picture will need the owner permision first.
15. The main aim for this project is to increase the number of the FSKKP student. 16. To show to the prospective student the advantages of choosing FSKKP.

Value For Community. (AZIRAH) In other to achieve the aim and objectives of this project, we need to consider the value for community since there will be a question from them that is why they need to give cooperation for this project. The first value for the community is they will be exposed to the ICT technology. Since some of the community still did not experience how the society from other country feel using that technology, so this will be their opportunity. The second is the community also have the opportunity to explore to do their business using internet. Since this technology make all the users feel easier and faster to expand their business since not only our society will see their business but the whole world can see it. The third is the community such as the rural population will not feel isolated from the urban population. Since most of them still use the traditional ways to learn and to work. (SALBILAH) ICT can enhance teaching by enhancing what is already practiced or introducing news and better ways of learning and teaching.Teachers use ICT to plan lessons more efficiently and more effectively. ICT increases efficiency in planning and preparation of work.Students ability and performance was inreased as the educators skill on using ICT is developed. Implement the awareness usingICT among educators. For example, teachers will be aware

how important the use of ICT on their teaching and planning. Increased the effectiveness of educators on their teaching and lesson. For Example, they will use ICT materials for their teaching and lesson to attract their student.Help in improvement of teaching-learning process. By using ICT the educators can provide online interaction between student, so teacher can easily spread any information online in anywhere.Expose and train educators to involve in ICT. For example guide educators on how to use ICT to be apply it on their teaching. (AFIFAH) In this technology world, everything will get involved in multimedia. Everybody will hunt the good work from their employees that can make their company get more profit. From this word, people must work very hard to get their position permanent. The value for this awareness of digital career among student is make the country which is Malaysia more move forward than other country. Move forward in here means, forward in technology and multimedia. Technology in country will make country highly regarded from other country. Other than that, other values is make community intellectual in every aspect especially in IT and technology. If the all community in the country is educated person, the country will not retreat or face with poverty. With IT in the country will make other country invest share in economy. Value that can be explain is can make people easy in work. If the people still using old method in work, it will not make the company make more profit. With using digital or new technology, it will make work more easier than before. If using digital career, people can do multiple task in one time and it will make people save their time. With this value, community will thank to you at all contribution that you share. With this contribution people will think globally for their future. (AZIERA) The value of community for the cyber security is it may creat a local job by people creating software and share it with people. It also influx of cyber talent among people out there. It also will diversify community capalilities.To a goverment it will give the integral part of the national cyber intrastructure. It also can be expand the fleet research, development test and evaluation capabilities in cyber security. For the industry it will enhanced capabilities. While for academic it expand competitive position of student and give more chance of career for graduates. (RAFIDAH)

The first value for the community is they will be exposed to the environment of the FSKKP campus. Some of them may be know a little bit about campus experience, but this project will show more details about FSKKP campus experience by using the multimedia presentations. The second one is the community will know either they choose the right one for their career or not because FSKKP campus experience shows to the outsiders how they do being in FSKKP, either something that the community really hope for or not.

Conclusions As the conclusion, what we can conclude is, it is now clear that the problem of resolving the digital gap lies in the challenges from both the technical and social fronts. The gap always exists and if left ignored, it will grow wider as time passes by. Governments and leaders who have adopted strategies to address the issue have done the right thing. Their policies will help to keep their countries intact in the global village and enable them to remain competitive in the present millennium. Malaysia is a country that is capable of helping itself to emerge from the digital gap. While for the ICT literacy among educator is in todays fast changing complex world,it would not be enough to acquire the traditional skills of reading, writing and numeracy. Developments in technology are taking place so rapidly that the perceptions about what it means to be a literate person are also changing. As use of ICTs grows, it would be necessary for people, educators particularly, to go beyond literacy to develop the skills that would be necessary to utilize the new technologies effectively and productively for their own empowerment and apply them during lesson. The challenge for the educators would be constantly anticipate and to plan educational programs that would enable students to cope with and take advantage of the rapid advances made possible by technology for the betterment of their lives and conditions.

For awareness of digital career among student, it should be give an impact to the student. Student should know where they are going after they are graduated. Computer science have more choice of career for them. It is global and universal. Student should take note and have their own aim about their career. Hopefully this corporate video will make student more understand about the important have their aim of their future. After that, for the cyber security, hopefully people out there know how to avoid their computer or email from being a toys for a hacker. People also should know what is the important being beware with any malicious code out there where it always get ready to attack them. Lastly for the FSKKP campus experience is university must take responsibility to solve problems related to computer labs. Laboratory assistants also take over an important role in solving the problems faced by lecturers and students to facilitate learning and teaching. In addition, laboratory assistants also need to monitor things in the computer room in good condition and not difficult for lecturers and students. For facilities University Malaysia Pahang must provide classes for the students to make the task assigned by the lecturer, the class must be in good condition, to facilitate students to engage in activities in class. Computer lab must be in a position to facilitate the students to do the work assigned by the lecturer. I hope this project will run smoothly and benefits among students to study in this laboratory.
