After project activity implementation vendor shall perform : Measurement Lock Value (CSSR>= 88.00% & CDR<=6.00%) as long as 3 hours after implementation (hourly). If can not achieve this threshold, cell should be locked on related NE which cause bad performance. Vendor should provide fall back scenario and shall perform trouble shooting for solve the problem immediately Quality Performance Monitoring for checking stability of performance as long as 3 days before & after implementation. Quality Statement Report on 4th day after implementation shall be submitted to all related party (the result of 3 days quality monitoring before & after implementation)
