TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT: ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING. DATA: a) By accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming that all data provided is accurate. BAR Training Services cannot accept any responsibility for any inaccurate data provided. Should inaccurate data lead to additional costs (e.g. reissuing of certificates, registration fees) you accept full liability of these costs. b) All data provided will be held on BAR Training Services database and may be used by BAR Training Services for marketing purposes. c) BAR Training Services will not supply any data provided to any third parties except for registration and certification. CANCELLATIONS: a) By BAR Training Services: BAR Training Services reserves the right to cancel any training course (e.g. through trainer sickness, minimum numbers not being attained, force majeure) and is not responsible for any consequential costs or losses arising from such cancellation. In the event that we cancel a course for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will offer you either an alternative course date or a full refund of any course fees paid. b) By the Applicant: If you cancel a previously confirmed booking then, provided we receive WRITTEN notification of such cancellation before work/training is due to start, then the following charges will apply: More than four weeks notice the fee will be returned in full. Between four weeks and two weeks notice 50% of the fee is payable. Between two weeks and one weeks notice 75% of the fee is payable. Less than one weeks notice 100% of the fee is payable. If no prior written notification of cancellation is received, 100% of the fee is payable.
