Campaign update
During October and November
three Primary schools took part in a
campaign run by Derby Homes and
Derby City Primary Care Trust (PCT).
The ‘brush and smile project’ was
a huge success and taught school
children the importance of brushing
their teeth and good oral health.
Derby Homes provided toothbrushes
and toothpaste for over 900 children
at the participating schools. The Oral
Health Promotion Team - who cover
both Derby City and County PCTs -
delivered the programme.
