We believe that: The economic, political and societal success of our country depends upon a quality education for all. Diversity strengthens the community and enriches the fabric of our society. It is the responsibility of the entire community to partner in the educational process. Learning occurs best in a safe, orderly and nurturing environment. Belonging to a family, to a school and to a community is vital, and this sense of belonging advances learning. ACTION STRATEGY Maintain 100% Highly qualified staff with attendance rate exceeding 97% by encouraging district provided vaccines and posting attendance rates monthly. Only 2 teachers are permitted to take personal days at one time in order to reduce the negative impact on instruction.
