expansion to two form entry Thank you for coming to the meetings before half term and sharing your thoughts and views about the possible expansion of our school to two form entry. Some of the views were: The Local Authority has commissioned feasibility studies looking at the site and the needs of the school and parents comments regarding the physical expansion have been put forward for consideration in the feasibility study The Governors, Local Authority and the Church are in favour of pursuing expansion, subject to feasibility and funding, and will be working together to resolve issues raised. Please contact Mr Robinson with any other concerns, queries or comments. Concerns that there will be insufficient space for children as they grow and progress through the school and physically require more room. The need to safeguard and optimise outside play space for the children. The need to ensure adequate facilities for whole-school activities (e.g. larger hall space, better kitchen/servery hatch for lunchtime). The need/desire to accommodate an increasing number of younger siblings. The need/desire to meet the needs of our local community by offering school places. The challenge of maintaining schools Christian identity in face of expansion.
