Miss Mitchells last day in Year Two this Friday 1st July
Further to my recent letter to all parents/carers, may I take this opportunity to remind you that this week is Miss Mitchells last week in Year Two. You will know from my earlier letters this year, Miss Mitchell stepped into her role in Year Two at short notice but from her first day she developed an immediate bond with the children. I have regularly been in the class and on each occasion I have been struck by the good relationships and willingness of the children to produce their best result for their teacher. We wish her well for her future, be that in a different school or a different country, possibly even back home for her in Australia. There may even be opportunities to stay in touch in years to come.
