SECTION 2: Project Execution Methodology

An efficient and systematic methodology will be followed to execute the project.

Phase 1 Document of Requirement understanding:

We shall submit a document of understanding based on the Functional
Specification given by the client. Based on this document, the client needs to
point out the discrepancies in our understanding and his requirements, if any.
After all queries are resolved the client will approve a final functional
specification document
Phase 2 Prototype Designing and Approval:
We shall develop a prototype of the software based on the functional
specification provided by the user and our past experience in this technology.
The prototype will be submitted to the client for the approval. The client need
to go through all the details of the prototype, study the details and then give
the approval. A detailed study by the client and subsequent approval will help
in preventing changes at a later stage of the project resulting in better user
experience.

 Phase 3 Development, Testing and Approvals - Based on the prototype design
approved by the client, we shall start the development of the project.
The development will be done in phases according to the project. Testing of
the project will be done in synchronization with the development of the
project. During development unit testing will be applied, i.e. all the modules
developed, will be tested individually and then in every phase, the modules
will be sent to the Client for Feedback and Approval.
On receipt of the clients’ satisfactory feedback, an Integrated Testing will be
done.
Phase 4 Final Approval
After the development and testing, we shall submit the project to the client for
Approval. If there are any discrepancies, we shall rectify and then submit for
final approval.
Phase 5 Completion
After the final approval, the project shall be termed as completed.

 SECTION 4: Payment Terms, Warranty, Technical Support

Payment Terms:
We have the following payment terms:

Management of the contents:

It will be with additional INR 4000 for one year, with max 2 requests per quarter.
Database used: MYSQL / SQL server upon your preference.
Multilanguage Support: Static Multilanguage support ( content will be provided by client, no
database interaction , For 3 languages ( including basic English ) ), cost will be INR 5000
Dynamic support, database interaction, any number of language support , cost will be INR
12,000 only, can add edit, delete new languages and contents. PS. All pages must be in asp.
Warranty:
We shall provide warranty of 3 months from the date of final approval for any
technical problems occurring in the product.
Technical Support and add on:
We shall provide technical support and add on features according to client need after
studying the new requirement and giving the quote on it.

Maintenance Contract:
After the warranty period, we shall provide service through a Maintenance contract
or on requirement basis.
Technical Details for project:

Project will be developed with PHP as a scripting language. MySql as database.
