Pull them through a green spike at the bottom of the hat. Make sure you work inside of the hat. Cut the strands at the folded end, and braid them. Tie off the braid at the end with small piece of yarn. Make 21 braids. In warm soapy water (use regular bar soap) rub the dreadlocks until it is all foamy, and rinse.
